This store will scam you out of your money. I attempted to purchase unlimited home internet and was sold 100gb instead. When I asked for a refund I was only given a partial refund. I do not recommend anyone doing business at this store.

When I visited the store to purchase new phones on 3/22/25, one of the Metro PCS store owners illegally added phone insurance to my bill without my CONSENT or my KNOWLEDGE.
On 4/15/25, I contacted Metro PCS Customer Service to have the charges removed, once I got ready to pay my bill and realized there were additional charges that shouldn’t have been on there.
The overseas representative told me their systems were down and they were unable to reverse the charges that should never been added to my bill. She suggested I find the time during my work day to call them later to process my request. For some reason, they couldn’t schedule it do be done at a later time, from their end even though I was on the phone making the request.
Instead, I contacted the store where I made my purchase and spoke to the owner that illegallly added the charges to my account in the first place. He told me Metro PCS now “automatically” adds insurance to their iPhones for the first 30-days, free of charge. I pointed out, even if that was the case: 1) How would I have known that without being told? 2) Why wasn’t I given the cost of the insurance before it being added to my bill? 3) Why wasn’t I given the option to opt-in? 4) Why wasn’t I given the name, phone number, or any other contact OR other information pertaining to the phone insurance that he took it upon himself to add to my bill?
He didn’t have a response, but he said he could cancel the insurance if I wanted, and I did (since I never requested OR signed up for it in the first place). As of 5/15/25, my bill is set for me to still pay $9.60 in overpayment.
I will be contacting the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs and the Federal Trade Commission. Look out for a Class Action Lawsuit from Metro PCS coming soon.

Babu WAS USELESS and not helpful at all. I had to go to another Metro store to resolve the issue I had with my father’s phone. I RECOMMEND the Metro off Euclid or Pomona off Rio Ranch Rd, EXCELLENT service at either one.

I called to ask if they had a screen protector for my phone. He said yes, I asked what time they closed and he said 7pm. I told him I was in my way and if he could wait he said no problem. I called at 6:45, now that is what I call Customer Service!!!!

These people are very nice and the customer service is excellent. I was not sure when I read the old reviews. But they told me the management is changed. I will prefer to go this place instead the one in Pomona.????

The man who works here, Sami, is an angry, rude bully. I went to this store to ask how much for two plans and one new iphone. He tells me he needs my current carrier acct number & pin... I wasn't sure why but umm okay, I gave it with the warning that I didn't want to purchase a new plan until he presented me with Metro options that I was happy with. Since I had my two daughters with me, he starts forcing three plans on me and telling me I get two cheap android phones I didn't want and he wasn't giving me a full breakdown of the costs or phone options or anything, he just starts telling me what I'm getting and begins to switch me over to MetroPCS, when I wanted to be shown different plans and phones that work best for me. When I tried to tell him that the phones don't work for us, he starts freakin' arguing with me and bullying me like I was the problem (in front of my kids), telling me that what he says I get is what's best for me. Not one to take that lightly, I told him to stop switching us over, I was outta there and he says, "Good, because I don't need your headache!" We walked out and thank goodness we did because once I got out of there to clear my head, it was clear that the phones he was making me take wouldn't have worked for us and I would've been stuck with three phones we couldn't use (and would've had to purchase new phones at full price). What a terrible experience! Until this store realizes that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, the bad reviews will unfortunately continue. I was prepared to pay over a thousand dollars for nice phones and plans we liked, but I took my business elsewhere.
