“Went to this store last Friday, April 4 for the first time. And staff here are super nice, friendly, & helpful. I special mention James Harrison. He helped me in the fitting of different sizes. He was just super patient with me too. I also mention Matthew, who also helped us with the style number of the specific shoes that I wanted. Again, what can I say about this store? I said it all already! More of James, he was just awesome in regards to customer service. He was so professional too. Great job guys. Happy customer here ??”

“Jesus was a great associate. While he was stocking merchandise, he stopped to answer multiple questions from multiple customers. I never felt like I was bothering him, even though I knew I was interrupting his work. He answered all my questions with a smile and was very cheerful — even though he didn’t have my right size, he gave me options on how I could order it online even so much as doing a custom order so I could get just the colors that I wanted.

Many of UGG's products are mainly for snow. Boots. There are also a full range of clothing, bags and home furnishing products. I like UGG slippers because the climate in California is relatively mild all year round, so there are fewer opportunities to wear snow boots. However, UGG slippers are particularly suitable for wearing at home and not only keep warm. And they are very comfortable. I also particularly like UGG gloves. They are great when going out for a walk when the weather is cold!”
