Find another store to use. This place is circus. Sent in a print order for a work that involved some simple diagrams, called before I picked them and was told by a clown named Reggie that they cancelled the order because "it had pictures." Obviously they don't know to look at the files for copyright info on them. They leave me an hour to scramble to Office Depot and get the work. In the meantime Reggie's telling me no one in print even showed up today, and his life story and eventually what time he gets off work if I want to fight him?? Sorry dude, won't have the time. The store manager ought to be fired, unless that's Reggie. Then, they should just close the location and make it a Chucky E. Cheese.

Very limited supplies on the shelves, trainee employees or those demoted from other stores sent here as punishment. Bad attitudes, limited knowledge, and the manager had to call the customer service phone number to get instructions to issue a refund. Me and 5 other people waited in line and the manager only yelled "thank you for your patience" to us. There was no staff to work the check out. After she finished doing a copying job on the printer, She came to us to try to check out customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS STORE.

I will not be back to Staples nor will I refer any of my friends or family. They lost a customer. The Fax services here SUCK. DO NOT USE THE FAX DO IT YOURSELF MACHINE. THE STAFF ACTED LIKE THEY DID NOT EVEN WANT TO HELP AND SHOW ME HOW TO USE IT. I'VE NEVER USED IT BEFORE. Customer Service Sucks here. You've been WARNED!???? The cost was not worth it! I sent 7 pages but confirmation only showed 6 pages sent. I asked about it and they could not explain why?! That happened ....Really.!!? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE.

Had service from Ben at this Staples location who was very helpful and did not run off to help other customers, but did provide them with help from other staff. Bought printer from him and will be setting up this weekend and see how easy and well the printer works with the information he provided me. Printers are a difficult purchase these days... So many reviews good and bad cannot make a decision until you try yourself. He said he has had very few if any returns on the one I purchased; HP Envy 7255e, so time will tell!

Came here several times and my favorite place to go when it comes to my last minutes and urgent needs. Staffs are very helpful and accomodating. Fast transactions too. Love this place. Worth every pennies spent in this place.

I wasin Staples for blueprint printing service, Maritza was so helpful and efficient. She was friendly and Professional. I got my prints within 20 minutes as promised when other surrounding businesses would take at least a day. I will definitely come back to see Maritza.

I always like to visit this store instead of their rivals for their friendly and personal service. Not long ago, I was at the store inquiring about the status of my recycled ink cartridges, the store manager, who was busy at the time, stopped what he was doing, went to cashier monitor to look up the status for me. This is what a good customer service looks like! A big shout out to the manager who helped me that day, for your act of kindness and patience with me!

Visited Niagara Falls Ontario Staples today, Sunday for lamination.Asian young man wonderful. He helped previously.On arrival there were 3 different clients in the same large station.I explained what was needed.He said 10 min. Not a problem.More people came for service.Lady also working in the same area. it looked manageable.At some point she left to go to cash.People were complaining. I was patient. The young man had to go between clients.The lady had not returned from cash although there were no clients for a brief time and lineup was discussing that.I wondered where the other staff were. Staff must have been on break. People were frustrated waiting.My fellow was serving other people too.I was not overly bothered until lamination arrived.One was not as expected.It was not the young mans fault. He was doing too many things.Through all this he was calm and helpful.Problem he did not remember me saying 'this page had to be centered.' Serving others at the same time he did not have the time to follow up with me.The question is where was Team Staples. Staff do step up to the plate when asked. They I understand they are a Team. I assume Staples and its Upper Management prioritize the client who walks in the door. The repeat client.Staples was short one person. I'm sure one staff would have filled in for Team Staples.OR does the management tie the hands of on site Managers OR does Staples not put real importance on the their clients.Is it okay for them to wait for a long time while there are staff in the building not serving?If you expect little from staff they will give what you expect.When you ask them to step up to the plate for a co worker or for the company they will mostly do it. People are awesome they want to help.How can you think a line up is acceptable when there are staff in the building not serving.The lady Manager was very nice today but her thinking is much different than mine.15 min of help from a staff today would have made such a difference to Staples image and the happiness of the clients.You have a great staff. Help them be the best they can be.Thank you for your time.

They are not under the BBB for some reason- do not trust them with your mail. The manager here is demented. She will act nice but do all sorts of strange things but gets away with it by abusing her authority. Dont usw the ipostal1 services here- she can accept your mail then return it without you knowing causing you problems to get refunds or for you to even know the package or mailed item was ever returned. She can erase the tracks of the item from your ipostal account so you never knew it was received by them then returned. She is highly questionable. I had a dispute with her and since then she has returned my mail but not before this. Janine is her name. The staff lied to me as well saying Staples never returned any of my packages. USPS told me it was Ontario Staples- beware!!! Staples told me it was USPS which was false. She keeps deleting my reviews. I have to keep reposting to warn others. Do not trust this Staples or anything they tell you.

Everybody who works here is so helpful and nice! The cashier that helped me find the item also price matched it for me, so I got the best price available! Couldn't have been an easier experience!

We dropped by this store because my husband wanted to look at the plastic floor covering that goes over the carpet so that your chair can roll smoothly over it. We still didn't measure the size we needed. He wanted the largest size but it was almost $90. From another employee at a different Staples, this store won't price match because Staples makes their own plastic mats. Hubby wasn't too impressed to buy. This store is rather smaller than then one we went to a few days ago. However the employee did greet us and asked if we needed any help. A+ on customer service.

Exceptional service and experience in the printing department in particular! They do outstanding work, complex or detailed print jobs are no problem!!! They are so helpful and their manager in particular is wonderful. Great work, professionalism and products. I highly recommend them!
