“This is GoodWill's Ontario Warehouse and Corporate Office. I visit this location several times a year to pick up products that are housed in the warehouse.
When you visit this location, your first interaction is with their security Guard. I have always found the security guards very friendly and helpful.
The second person you interact with at this location is the warehouse person who pulls your products and brings them to you on a cart or carts.
This location has only two Visitor parking spots but in all the years I have been coming to pick up product at this location, there has always been at least one of the two visitor parking spots open.
Other than sitting in a lounge waiting for your products to get pulled, you never see anything else, since the warehouse is off limits.”
“The people here are so nice and care about drivers. There was a mess up with my appointment and I was scheduled a week later. They worked it out to get us unloaded today. They could have said” oh well” but they actually care. In a world where most shippers and recovers don’t care what we’ve driven through to get product moved or treat us like less than human….. it is refreshing to be treated so well. Thank you Ramon for going the extra mile for us.”

Park your truck on street and walk in to the office for check in and than they will call you and you can go inside with your truck and again you need to go to the check in office to get some papers and door no. After that, go to your door,back up and take those papers to lumper service at door 12. Lumper do accept cash, check and online payments.
Unloading is fast once you gets a door.”
“If you are a truck driver they will ONLY take you up to 15 mins prior to your appt time. You have to check in with the guard. Then the rcv/del check door is half way up the parking lot on the right. Everyone was polite and friendly. They unloaded me really quickly.”
“I went in to get the special lug nuts for my gti taken off and swapped with normal lug nuts. They did it in ten mins the guy behind the counter actually did it himself. Quick in and out.”

“We have been at Ontario location for 6 years, helpful staffs who are able answering questions instantly, office, breakroom, and restrooms stay in standard cleanliness, 24 hours security monitoring, keep the facility safe.”
“Shipping entrance is red. Receiving entrance is Yellow. Press the button on the speaker to get let in. Park somewhere off to the side once inside the gate and walk into the shipping or receiving office. Lots and lots of space. It’s practically empty and can bust a u-turn in the yard with 0 difficulty. Wish all warehouses were this easy.”
“The place is really fast for offloading but it is very tight if there's already a truck in there you will have a hassle backing up into a dock. But beside that they are fast”
“For MVT drivers, easy in easy out. Sometimes they make you dock it but they have plenty if space. Empties an be found on the other side of whse.

“I have been getting loaded at this warehouse for the passed few years now. The warehouse has the best workers. They treat my drivers very well. They load the product within an hour.”
“After reading everyone’s reviews I got little scared of my load for pick up But I was in and out in 1 hour. My appointment was at 11 AM and I got there by 8:30 AM. I checked in at 8:30 AM and got door right away and was loaded in about 30 minutes. Total check in and check out process was 1 hour. Lade in the office was very nice to me.”

“Love the Business Center Costco’s! Less crowds to deal with and better selections of snacks, drinks, and general business supplies. Great cold/freezer section with items you wouldn’t necessarily find at the other Costco’s.”
