“My 2024 Corolla Hybrid was keyed on passenger door. I did file a claim with AAA for the vandalism and they went to New Image to see the damage and give approval to do the work. I told the owner, Jazmin, that I could not bring the car in until around the 14th. Then we set up an appointment for Monday 18th. This job would take four to five days due to having to fix the damage and repaint the front and back door so the paint would match perfectly. Then to my surprise they did a full detail of my car both inside and out.
All the staff were very friendly and professional. From the owner, the front desk clerk, the workers who fixed the damage and painted it, to the Detailer. I am so very impressed. My car looks absolutely amazing, as good as it looked when I first bought it. I would highly recommend this business to everyone I know who is in need of body work on their car.

“I was recommended by my auto mechanic (Bruce down at citywide auto) to talk with Jacob Sr. and Jacob Jr. about a paint job for my Chev Tahoe. I met with them and decided to engage them. Simply put, they did an amazing and excellent job at a fair price. They took everything off the car, including the mounding, mirrors, door handles, roof rack and even bumpers in order to prep and paint the car. We had a little surface rust on the roof and they took care of that as well. The care turned out beautiful. But here's the best part..... A few months later I noticed a couple things that were not right, A side molding was coming up, some paint imperfections that I hadn't noticed originally appeared on the tailgate. In addition we had a little mishap on the front bumper. JZ took care of everything. Pulled the bumper, painted a new one and installed, corrected the other issues. Of course, the bumper cost the party that did it, but the other items were covered under warranty. Good as new. In other words, they stand behind their work. Can't recommend them enough! Great work JZ! I'll be back!”
“This is my family’s second time coming here, two different cars, both great experiences. This time it was fast (three business days). They were great, easy to deal with, inviting staff, and explained everything pretty well. They assured me if there were any issues, I experienced none, to give them a call back and they would prioritize. Bob Bessett was great, and my car came back looking great with a clean, interior and exterior. Looks brand new!”

“Back in January I was rear-ended in my 2019 Golf R, 91 Blue Spektrum edition. Obviously I was distraught over the accident, but I was also very stressed about which auto body shop to pick for repairs. The color is special edition, and 1 of 12 here in the US. I wanted to make sure that wherever I got the work done, they'd do it well. Allen made this process headache free, with many updates and constant reassurance. I received my car back and aside from the mangled license plate you can't tell it was damaged. They matched the color as close to perfect as possible. I drove about 2.5 hours from where I live just to take it to these guys, and I'd do it again if I were to get in another accident. Can't thank these guys enough for not only taking phenomenal care of my car, but also working with my schedule. Sorry for the late review Allen, it had slipped my mind ?♂️
