“I use this Car Wash because I buy the monthly fee for unlimited washes. I normally go to Tustin St Express Car wash but now I will only use the Main and Katella Car Wash. I had a great experience with Eddie, Axel and Briana. Very Good customer service and my car wash was cleaner and door jams weren’t holding the soap and wax like the one on Tustin Street. This is my go to Car wash from now on. I have the monthly plan and go thru about 8 times so it costs less per Wash.Its a wonderful place, so buy the monthly plan and have a clean car all the time, Don’t forget to say hello to the manager Eddie he’s a great guy.”

“Came here looking for a hand car wash and they did not disappoint! My car was in bad shape, I’m talking cobwebs on the side mirror and leaves all over. They returned it to me spotless and shiny, I will definitely be back. They also have a snazzy student discount, -$5 😁”

Even though I haven't lived in Orange for a while, their customer service helped me and refunded me for the unused time. I wish I still lived there so I could continue to use their facilities. “This place does an amazing job - I’ve tried other car washes before and have left seriously disappointed so now this is the only one I go to (even though there are about 3 other places closer to my house.) They’re super thorough and really take the time on all the small details. For $60 for my car to look brand new inside and out, it’s absolutely worth it!”

“This is the gas station I go to for my car washes specifically. I have a brand new car and wanted to only use touch less car washes and this location has a good one.
For the most part, my car comes out clean and I don't have to worry about swirl marks on my paint. I've gone to other touch less car washes that leave soap and additive film on the car even after the rinse. This one leaves the car fine after the rinse.
The car wash does tend to stay busy so be prepared for that.
Overall, a nice, clean and safe gas station that is right off the freeway.”

“Absolutely worth more than every penny. They do such fine work I feel like I should have paid double. Alex and team had to contend with my vehicle which had the most incredibly eicked hard water stains known to man. Not only did these guys get those out, they made the vehicle look brand new again even though it's been sitting in the sun for 4 years. They even got behind the door cracks and crevices and cleaned what other detailers had missed over the years. Highly recommended. Can't go wrong. You're crazy to go anywhere else.”

“I always come here when in the area. It’s always clean, well maintained and the prices are good compared to others. I read some other reviews here and it appears to be revengeful people who don’t follow the rules posted. A sign is posted at the change machine for people who need to be told. I have never been approached by the attendant because I follow the rules and show courtesy to other customers. Everything is always working and I’m grateful to have a clean affordable place to wash my car. All the whining in the comments sounds like people who are entitled and don’t respect a business making sure people wash and move on so others are not kept waiting from inconsiderate people. I’ve seen people waxing their car when the sign says it’s not allowed. It’s disrespectful to the owner and customers waiting to wash and dry our car too. I will always patronize a business like this who offers a great service to the community!”
“Just had a great experience at Orange Express Car Wash! They did an awesome job on my truck—came out looking super clean. After I finished, I noticed the tire shine from the drive-through didn’t fully cover one of the tires.
Angel M stepped in right away, brought out tire shine, and made sure every tire looked brand new. That level of customer service really stood out.

“This place is awesome The cheapest carwash in Orange County. I have solar panels on the roof of my van and this is the only car wash that doesn't blow them completely off the top of my vehicle.”
“Came here around 5:30 am on a weekday and found new pumps and the tap card function now working! Wonderful improvement, finally! Now I can come here whether or not the convenience store is open. I have never used the car wash here, so I can't tell if that's good or not, but it's available. Gas prices are average but location is good, right next to the 55S onramp.”

“Best carwash you are going to find in the whole city. Fresh and clean areas to vacuum and dry off your vehicles plenty of choices in the vend machine change and dollar bills will work cards ? too. Not sure what they use but it's cleaning my tires n shines my old paint job like it's a new joint.. come to old town and get it overhauled in less time then them wanna be self wash spots”
“Young lady cashiering nights is amazing she's always smiling and laughing, every time I show up she greets the customers and doesn't mind helping out! Her name is hard to pronounce but she is the cashier who's there at 7pm!!”

“I wanted to write a review for this place because they were exceptionally kind, professional, and offered great work. I drove a friend to the hospital and they got sick all over the backseat on the way to the hospital. I came last minute to this detailing center and was blown away by their kindness and service. Their detailer had gone home, and they called him in. They fit me in last minute. They accommodated that I needed to leave my car with them and come back because of work and went above and beyond to make the experience easy for me. At the end of it, my car looked and smelled brand new, in really fast speed and tip-top shape. I can't thank them enough, and I know I will be a return customer in spite of how far they are from where I actually live. They're worth it. Thank you, guys!”
