“This is the gas station I go to for my car washes specifically. I have a brand new car and wanted to only use touch less car washes and this location has a good one.
For the most part, my car comes out clean and I don't have to worry about swirl marks on my paint. I've gone to other touch less car washes that leave soap and additive film on the car even after the rinse. This one leaves the car fine after the rinse.
The car wash does tend to stay busy so be prepared for that.
Overall, a nice, clean and safe gas station that is right off the freeway.”

“This place does an amazing job - I’ve tried other car washes before and have left seriously disappointed so now this is the only one I go to (even though there are about 3 other places closer to my house.) They’re super thorough and really take the time on all the small details. For $60 for my car to look brand new inside and out, it’s absolutely worth it!”

“Best place in town for a quick fill up on the ol'truck. Right down the street from my house so it's more of a matter of convenience but I THINK their prices are competitive. I don't know honestly I don't really care I just fill er up every time no matter what. All in all it's a great gas station. Gotta be careful at night though as there be some shady night walkers from time to time but I stay strapped so I'm too worried.”

“It's designed for quick in & out with one way directional drive thru arrows. They sell some of the LOWEST priced gas in Orange County. But my gas pump did not print a receipt, which is why I gave them 4 stars.”
“Two years ago, I used this place as a landmark to figure out the area surrounding the main building of Chapman university. I was new to the area at that time.
Now I use this place to fuel up my car. Whoever decided to put an Arco at this place, you're a complete genius, because so many people need this place to fuel up their car before heading to their destinations.”

Literally yards away from both North & South onramps & offramps of the 55 freeway.$-Cost is within 00.10cents diff on county avg btw. Take pics of every station pass by if safe & post. Cali gas is so dang expensive. Why the "known quality entity" is so preferred.Customer service is outstanding. So many Old Towne ? locals or Pro drivers try 2 only use this particular Shell if possible. Just refreshing enough 2 ✍️ about. As mentioned @ top-Fine example of what a quality gas ⛽ station experience can/should be like... especially nowadays!Am ADA (disabled) & they r so kind they go out of way to wash windows & check jeep JIC, & anything else you might need. “I stopped by this AM/PM Market recently and was genuinely impressed.
The entire store was clean, well‑organized, and fully stocked, which made grabbing what I needed quick and easy.
The gas prices were some of the cheapest in the area, which is a huge plus—especially as of lately.
The cashier was friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit even better.

“I've been going to the store for years. I got to say the employees are some of the most prettiest people and always willing to help. They make it so much easier to do my shopping while I'm on a wheelchair. Someone is always willing to help the cashier Antonia always offers her help at checkout. Located @ the on-ramps & off-ramps for The 55 freeway just B4 The 91 interchange ...Nohl Ranch/Lincoln & Tustin r the major streets. Station on Santiago Blvd...along The 55 off-ramp and easy 2 see from street & freeway.
Property and gas ⛽ area, very well stocked Food Mart, diesel, air/water machine and restroom well maintained. ADA Compliance is very well done. Multiple ramps and designated pumping spots for handicap ♿ folks. As double amputee being upfront is a major plus.
ATM 🏧 is located inside next 2 soda machine. Large variety of beverages and snacks. Healthy and yummy or just the yummy kind...lol.
Gas Prices always within the other stations margin by couple cents at most. Smooth operation and updates equipment.
Full Mechanics Working bay w/ several lifts. Competent & unbelievably kind. Over the years have arrived walking up to station from The 55 and they immediately help get gas & drive way out of their way back 2 car. Recently tire blew out just down street from Shell on way home. Was so lucky 2 be so close. An employee that left saw me and asked 2 help. Assisted me get in his truck and helped me get back 2 station & order proper parts & tire. He had it all done in under an hour. Paid for the hardware but nothing else...even after trying 2 insist. Awesome 2 experience random act of super kindness. Great scratcher's & lottery spot since 1990s. More than just a Gas Station. Owners and Staff become friends over the years.
Always a wise stop before hitting the road. Got all ya need & want. Also, has large industrial Propane Gas Tank for large fills for RVs, boats and tools. Has 2 large Rhino exchange cages for standard sized propane tanks. Super easy exchange. Also does smog certification. Ice Machine has diff size Bags. Has oil and other driving enhancement products. Local Favorite Gas Station for all the above reasons and more. Drive Safely:))

“Other stations in this area can't beat the station's location. after pumping your gas you can be immediately be on the 55 freeway. Just a tip if you are going north on the 55. Go downhill from the station into the Starbucks parking lot and after passing Starbucks on the left look for an outlet to Lincoln boulevard on the right. Attempting a right turn into Lincoln directly from this station will be very difficult unless traffic traffic is extremely light”

“Actually open when I got there around midnight, unlike Arco's that say 24h but are closing once I get out of my car. The man with the black hair on friday night Nov 1st was very nice, the bathroom was respectably clean, and the large soda was less than $2. I'll make sure choose this gas station every time I drive to OC”
“FYI if you do the $119 deluxe car wash package, you’re going to be waiting 2 hrs. I was told it wasn’t busy when I came. But I think with it being 90 degree weather, everything is a little slower. They do a great job though!”

“Called this morning because my faucet was leaking alot of water. The woman asked when I was available and told me she would call me back. When they called me back they gave a time and the gentleman was here at that time. Prompt and polite. It did not take him long to take care of my problem. One of my biggest pet peeves is people not on time and being unprofessional. I am so glad this was not the case. You now have a permanent customer in me.”
