“I'm ALWAYS nervous taking my vehicle to any mechanic and try to do all my own work because past experiences. So when I had to take my Tacoma in for a check engine light, I thought for sure I was in for another suprise bill for questionable work... not with Karco. They were honest and ended up only replacing my fuel cap for $30.. They could have easily come up with something else to charge me a fortune for, but they didnt. So I ended up having them replace my tires as well and couldnt be happier with the level of service I received.

“I brought my 2017 Chevy Bolt EV in for an AC issue based on a recommendation, and I’m really glad I did. I worked with Ethan, who was extremely nice and friendly throughout the whole process. He took the time to clearly explain what was needed for the repair, broke down the different options I had, and made sure I understood everything without any pressure.
They finished the car right when they said they would, which was a big plus. As an added bonus, Ethan even gave me a ride near my house since he was heading that way anyway — that kind of customer service is rare these days.

“I rarely ever feel compelled to take time to write a review, but after the last few years of service that Olive Garage has provided us, I would be remiss if I didn’t. They are the neighborhood mechanic that every family wishes they had. They’re just honest. Their honesty is evident in their diagnoses and pricing. To top it off they do good work. We’ve been bringing my wife’s GMC Sierra XL to them the last three years and Ron has always been straight up and honest with us. My only ask is that they don’t change ownership, but beggars can’t be choosers lol. You guys rock!”
“I had an excellent experience with Auto Pros OC and highly recommend Tom and his team for both pre-purchase vehicle inspections and ongoing car maintenance and service.
Tom, the owner, provided great communication from the very beginning. The pricing was reasonable, the service was quick, and most importantly, the assessment was honest and thorough. Their inspection uncovered a number of issues that ultimately saved me from purchasing the wrong car and potentially taking on a lot of unexpected repairs and expenses. Tom took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision.
What impressed me even more was the willingness to help beyond the original inspection. When we happened to test-drive a second vehicle and were passing by the shop, Tom took the time to give us a quick assessment of that vehicle as well. That kind of helpfulness and personal attention is hard to find.
Another great benefit is that Auto Pros OC provides other car maintenance and repair services, making it a place I would feel comfortable returning to for ongoing vehicle care. Their Saturday hours, with the shop open until 4 PM, were also a huge convenience and made it much easier to fit the inspection into our schedule.

“Went in for a SMOG check. Didn't need an appointment, was able to just walk in. I did call before to make sure I didn't need an appt. Service was great and pretty quick. I was in and out in maybe 10 min (15 at most). Price was great too! I payed in cash as I read from other reviews to do so otherwise there's a $2 surcharge (per others reviews). I did also make sure to bring in my DMV renewal notice that way they could get all the car info straight from it. Overall very satisfied with the service I received!”
