“Went in for a SMOG check. Didn't need an appointment, was able to just walk in. I did call before to make sure I didn't need an appt. Service was great and pretty quick. I was in and out in maybe 10 min (15 at most). Price was great too! I payed in cash as I read from other reviews to do so otherwise there's a $2 surcharge (per others reviews). I did also make sure to bring in my DMV renewal notice that way they could get all the car info straight from it. Overall very satisfied with the service I received!”

I came in wanting to do a tire rotation and they let me know my tires are at end of life and that a tire rotation would be a waste of money. I should instead replace them and gave me a quote. The gentleman even took the time to show me how to check my tire tread.”
“We had a steering column that was loose and unsafe to drive. After watching several YouTube videos, we thought it might be simpler to remove the steering column ourselves rather than attempt an in-place repair. However, after watching the repairman complete the job in about 45 minutes—something we were certain would have taken us two full days—we quickly realized we made the right decision.
The job involved numerous small plastic components, some of which we likely would have broken while trying to remove them, and then struggled to reinstall correctly. The technician not only disassembled and reassembled everything efficiently, but also identified and replaced a few broken plastic components along the way.
The repair was absolutely worth the drive, the cost, and—most importantly—the peace of mind. It saved us a great deal of frustration and ensured the job was done safely and correctly.”

“I brought my 2002 Sequoia in for a suspension inspection, and the report was spot-on, accurately reflecting the symptoms my car had been experiencing. A few days later, I returned for a tie-rod and rack and pinion replacement. They discounted the inspection cost since I moved forward with the recommended services, which I really appreciated.
The pricing was fair, and I’m happy to report that two weeks later, everything still feels great on my ’02 Sequoia. I would highly recommend this shop. “Update: 8/24/26: we're back in for another oil change and got a list of other things that need to be serviced and checked out. Customer service is always awesome.
I went into Midas for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. The entire visit took about an hour, which was totally reasonable. The staff went over the condition of my vehicle in detail, even showing me pictures and explaining what may need attention down the line. I appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to do anything beyond what I originally came in for.
The oil change cost around $40 with a coupon — still significantly less than the $80–$90 I’ve been quoted at other places for the exact same service. That kind of honest pricing, especially these days, goes a long way.
They mentioned that my battery tested below cold crank start and recommended a new cabin air filter, but again, it was all shared in an informative and low-pressure way. I never felt like I was being upsold or rushed into anything.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and clear with their explanations. It’s rare to find a shop that takes the time to communicate honestly and treat you with respect. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back, and I recommend this Midas location if you’re looking for fair pricing and trustworthy service.”
