We went to Costco at first but they said they couldn't patch it up since Teslas tire have a certain foam in them so after calling a few places Becker said they can fix it! “Took my 4runner here for a wheel alignment before a long road trip and Cook's did a great job through and through. I called several local shops and the pricing was competitive (with Yelp discount) and most importantly they were able to fit me in on a short notice. I did appreciate how the service person explained some of the details re: the alignment- the only thing I would have changed is that I wished they provided me the printout of each of the wheel alignment settings to get things back to factory spec. They did provide a 6 month warranty on the service, very welcome and appreciated! Cook's has a well deserved high rating and I would recommend it for your tire and alignment needs.”

“I had the dreaded EV Hybrid P0A80 Code (Replace Hybrid Battery Pack). I began to look on the internet and YouTube. Several places recommend Electron Hybrid Solutions as the best with their cylindrical cells. I called the shop and spoke with Jose. He answered all of my many many questions. Their pricing was very good even for the improved cells. After asking what installation would cost would be, I felt that it was low enough that I didn't want to do it myself and risk messing something up. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Once they had my vehicle they ran a very comprehensive test and made recommendations. The car was completed on time. I would highly recommend this business for all Hybrid related services. They know their stuff”

“I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. This was the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I would give this place a 10/10 any day of the week.”

“I can't believe what I'm reading!! From all these negative reviews, I can only conclude that there must have been a disconnect in the communication. Melissa is a very caring woman who only wants the customer to be completely happy with their purchase. And Chuck, he is such a compassionate man who takes pride in selling only the best used vehicles. I just bought my third car from them and over the many years that I have dealt with them they have been nothing but kind and caring. The whole office is filled with caring people. When you walk through those doors they treat you like family and only want to put you in a vehicle that you feel good about purchasing. They even help people who have less than perfect credit find a car that fits their budget. And Pennington's stands by their vehicles! Over the last 10 years they have sold me some really great cars! I will not shop anywhere else. I'm sorry that others have not had the same experience and maybe they just need to give them another try because all that I have read is the complete opposite of what I have experienced through the years. “I recently went to Orange Hand Car Wash for the very first time. Unfortunately I went “in” the “out” and proceeded to park where the vehicles are hand dried. I was completely backwards and didn’t have a clue ?♀️Even with my mess ups and the fact they were a bit short staffed that day, they were incredibly nice and helpful. They did a fabulous job on my Honda and I couldn’t have been more pleased.The only thing I was a bit surprised at was the pricing. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve been to an express hand wash and I guess, like everything else, prices have increased.?♀️ Other than that, I was very happy with the quality of service provided and the demeanor of the staff. They were very pleasant and I would gladly recommend Orange Hand Car Wash any time.”
