TWO little bolts. Two damn bolts. The booth we had invested in for an important trade show was missing a couple of bolts and would not stand up.. I checked. Home depot and Lowe’s to no avail. Panic Mode. The show started in an hour. I was new as a sales manager at this company and needed this booth to work. David listened to my issue…called his lieutenant and got me the two screws i needed which saved me a drive to San Diego.
All this knowing I was never ever going to be a prospect. A pure act of kindness.
The trade show went well…got me visibility….and a promotion.

My wife really enjoys hunting thru the cut off box for the different types of wood that are available for a great price by the pound. I think if we lived closer, she would probably get a part time job there. lol”
