“This Home Depot on N Tustin Street in Orange has a well-organized store and a really nice garden section. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and it was easy to find what I needed. I picked up several plants, including some colorful flowering plants and succulents, and they had a good selection at fair prices. Overall, it was a smooth shopping experience, and I would come back for future home and garden projects.”

“I had Cesar and Delfino installing automated shades and closet doors for my elderly mom. While they were on site my mom fell and hit her head. The both of them rushed to help her. I’m so thankful they were there. They stopped the bleeding and called the paramedics. I don’t know what would have happened if it wasn’t for them. I’ll be forever thankful for their help. The shades and doors are absolutely perfect as well..”

“My contractor recommended I visit ProSource. The showroom itself had a variety of options, was clean and organized, and everyone I encountered was very friendly and welcoming. I am so grateful to have worked with Michael on my project as he was absolutely amazing! I had very specific needs for my hardwood and LVP flooring and Michael went above and beyond to search for flooring options that not only met my design aesthetic but met the stringent construction application required which was not an easy task. I subsequently went back for his assistance with my bathroom tile selection and again he was so generous and accommodating with his material expertise, design input, and patience in coordinating various back-and-forth with changes required. Michael was a dream to work with and I highly recommend checking out ProSource for your next project!!!”

“I could say A LOT about the 120lb washer I ordered new online arriving used, dented, and leaking, but the truth is I'm just grateful the manager, Curtis, understood my predicament and took the intiative to make sure I got the help needed to send the 120lb washer back as soon as possible. Thank you Max for the followup and a HUGE thanks to Louie and Randy for driving over and bringing the washer back with such a great attitude. “This rating is for Melissa Pineda from the Gardening Department. I want to personally thank you for over delivering on customer service. My husband does extensive research before purchasing anything. After completing his research, he chose Home Depot to purchase a weed eater, only to be told that the model he wanted was out of stock. After speaking with Melissa for a few minutes, my husband walked away, assuming that was the end of it. Moments later, Melissa came running to let him know she had found exactly what he was looking for in the back, a Ryobi 40 Volt weed eater that came with a battery and charger for the same price I would have paid for one from eBay and the swap meet at Orange Coast College. I'm glad I bought it from Home Depot because it comes with a 3 year warranty. Sometimes, the small things that mean the most to customers go unnoticed. I want you to know that your service was truly meaningful to my husband. Those extra efforts, going out of your way without being asked, make a lasting impact. Always hold onto that character, Melissa; it will take you to many great places. Home Depot has a true gem…. someone with the ability to fulfill even small, unspoken wishes”

“Toilet handle broke on a weekend. Couldn't wait dor Monday. Took the broken handle to Home Depot in Westminster and told an employee that I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. He was very nice, explaining what needs to be done. He even allowed me to videotape him assembling the various parts. I went home, watched the video, and followed instructions. I ended up with a working toilet handle again! Saved myself a lot of aggravation and money.”

She was so friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated her taking the time to help me out. Thank you so much, Emily!”

“BETTER VALUE ! Ever since my wife and I landed in the USA over 16 years ago we've been bigger fans of Lowe's Home Improvement stores than The Home Depot stores. Lowe's are usually neater, bathrooms are upfront and have better choices in some areas particularly in the Garden Center. THE PRICES ARE BETTER ! During the heavy rain and gale force winds in Irvine recently some of our stuff on the back patio was damaged. A cute potted succulent arrangement which was a gift to my wife a couple of years ago from a former work colleague was chipped badly. I needed to find an identical size pot which looked similar to replace it. And I looked everywhere with no luck until I popped in here on Thursday....found it in 60 seconds. HOW'S THAT ! In fact I had a choice of 3 patterns all for under $10...my max spend. TOO EASY ! I took it home and did a succulent arrangement transplant and it looks even better now. Friendly service at the checkout. MY WIFE IS HAPPY !”
