“After a tiring day of moving, I needed a remote control for a Sleep Number bed. Mark showed me how to order it from my phone (not at stores), then showed me until I get the remote the steps to pressurize the bed from my phone. Mark was very helpful and patient to senior me with a frazzled mind.”
“I came into the store looking for a black bean bag for my house. The friendly staff greeted me, and they walked me over to the bean bag section of the store. I found the bean bag style I liked, but they did not have it in the color black. The employee informed me that they would make the bean bag I wanted in black at no additional charge. I had a awkward space that I wanted to fill, but also wanted it to be functional. The bean bag came out even better than what I expected! The quality is way better than what I saw on the sales floor the day I ordered it. They over-delivered, were kind, and it was ready before the date promised. 5 Stars!”

“We are very satisfied with our Sit N Sleep experience. Our salesman Eric listened to what our needs were and directed us to a bed that satisfied our needs. He also introduced us to a wonderful pillow called a “Honey Dew”. Love it!! The bed was within our budget range as well. Delivery was timely and the personnel were very courteous.
