“Came in today looking for a sectional and Matt helped me out. He greeted me when I walked in and walked me through exactly what I was looking for and gave me some options, showed me the features and then he left me alone to browse WHICH WAS GREAT! I hate when salespeople watch you the whole time so this was a very please experience. He came back a few minutes later, answered some more questions and was very helpful with delivery days, times and payment process. Highly recommend this business!”
“Calvin and David went above and beyond to ensure my new washer and dryer were installed properly. They even went as far as cleaning the floor underneath when they took out the old units they were on time they were prompt they were polite efficient I can’t recommend them any further higher date to meet at the highest recommendation. Appliance depot is fortunate to have such amazing employees.”
“Ana is extremely helpful and offers some great deals. If she doesn’t have something in the showroom , she’s able to order it for delivery. She also helped me decorate my apartment!! Will definitely return, can’t beat their prices!!”
“I really enjoy buying household goods here. There is a wide variety of designs, and the prices are excellent. The showroom layout makes it easy to browse and make a selection. Whenever I plan to buy household items, this is the first place that comes to mind. 👍👍”
“Remarkable customer service! I had an antique sconce that had been damaged while I was trying to replace a light bulb. I went to Macy's Furniture Gallery based on Google reviews . Macy's Furniture Gallery repaired the lamp immediately and all is well! Thank you Macy's Furniture Gallery and I will return in the future.”
“My shopping experience for a new sectional was seamless! My salesperson, Emryk was amazing and went above by rearranging a few pieces so I could get an accurate feeling of how the seating would be. After that, we said YES to our new modular sectional. Thank you Emryk for your expertise and thank you Ashley for a great sale!”
