They even went as far as cleaning the floor underneath when they took out the old units they were on time they were prompt they were polite efficient I can’t recommend them any further higher date to meet at the highest recommendation. “The sale process and the delivery went well except that there were two drawer handles missing and we were told they would be ordered and shipped to us within 7 - 10 days. Until that happens, I’m not a happy camper nor am I inclined to recommend anyone to Ashley Funiture. If they follow through and we get the handles then this rating will then change. UPDATE. Ashley Furniture stood behind their promise and delivered and installed the two handles within two days. I must say that the delivery and installation was done with the utmost care. The furniture was all packed in boxes and there was no damage. The people were very careful to avoid any damage to the inside of the house while bringing it in to install it. I would definitely recommend Ashley to my friends.”
