“Let me start by saying that I was impressed from the start . It was easy to make an appointment, they were friendly and informative. The day of the appointment I got a reminder text which I loved.. was not sure how I would feel about not being able to go in with him but when we got there we called and they went over my concerns and came out and got Rocco .. our fur baby is only 8wks old . So once he was seen dr called and went over what she recommended we were able to get all that we wanted for him and more. I was not only extremely happy with their customer service but they care about the fur babies. And you can tell. Thank you VCA Orange”
“I have been seeing Dr. Woods for the last couple years trying to keep my 16 year old shitzu with Disk disease out of pain. He has kindly explained to me what I will be dealing with and we have taken on the challenge. I wanted to say thank you so much Monique and Hannah that got me in with sister Sailor. Sailor wasn't barking and eating less. I was giving her a day or two but I felt her neck and noticed she was swollen. Hannah was amazing explaining to me my options. I was so worried about my sweet 16 yr old girl. We decided on a plan and this morning Sailor definitely got her bark back and is eating like a champ! I felt comfortable explaining that I really don't want to do anything invasive with my 2 shitzus at their age and she gave me a couple options for once we face some bad news. That very kind non judgmental attitude makes me feel like I won't hesitate to come in when there is an issue.”

Took him/her and essentially found out that the bird was sick, liver shrinking, and dying due to its only seed diet that it had been fed prior to me taking over.
Dr. Nemetz did all tests necessary just to rule out other causes and did an excellent job, imho. I left with a ton of knowledge, medication and it felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.
The bird immediately adopted the pellet diet which was a good sign. Fast forward to today, the Amazon is in a much stronger state than it was before. I'm glad Dr. Nemetz was able to diagnose the root cause and point me in the right direction.”

“My Cat's been a patient at VCA Orange for about four years. Prior I tried a lot of different vet clinics with mixed results. I've been happy with the service and care provided for my cat here.
I think a lot of comments take things too personally as some staff may talk or engage in a no nonsense matter of fact style. Yes it can be a little jarring at first but at the end of the day they have provided excellent treatment and care for my pet in my experience.
Besides regular care and exams my cat also needed surgery for a mass removal. Everyone involved was a pro. One staff member was not comfortable doing it so it was rescheduled with a different staff member. Honestly that's what you want when someone knows their current limits, I appreciated the honestly as they were less experienced for this type of job, I know they will get there eventually though. But you want staff that will defer rather than just do a job because it's presented. The other staff, Dr. Lee handled the surgery very well and kept me updated. My cat healed well and they did a great job. I feel overall this is an excellent animal hospital.”
“New here at affordable, the staff were kind and professional. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Huh was great and thorough. Prices a bit higher. Dr. Huh called several days later to give me results of my dogs bloodwork. A special on first exams would be awesome.Many places offering that nowadays.”
