“The gentleman at the door (didn't get his name) was attentive and quick to respond when I appeared to be having issues. He also promptly answered my questions instead of just directing me to another department. The teller (Tee) was also very friendly and efficient. The establishment is always clean and tidy, very welcoming for a financial institution. It's so nice to have such helpful staff where I do my banking!”
