“I was looking for a place to get a magnetic door sign for my vehicle. Everywhere I called and looked the companies would use a third party to actually make the sticker. Seems like no one makes them in house.I asked my relative where they get signs, stickers, and cards done and they recommended Super fast signs.That same day I gave super fast signs a call, and sure enough they gave me an exact solution that same phone call. I came to them the same day and in person we set the sticker design and they got to work on it. The sticker was then created and done the next day!!! When they say “Super fast signs” you better believe it! The other companies that I called would all say that it will take 5-7 days for the sticker to be made then shipped. Super fast signs made it the next day!!!Man oh man would I recommend this local business to anyone looking to make business cards, stickers, signs or anything for advertising. I walked in and was greeted. I like to look around before asking for help. When I did not find the items I was looking for I ran into Darryl who offered me assistance.
I said yes and went over my list. Darryl took the time to show me around the store to get my shopping done. He also went over the promotions and told me about other ways to save money.
Darryl did not seem bothered with my questions and he didn't make me feel like I was a burden.

“Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”
