“I’ve been a Les Schwab customer for a long time and expect I always will be. Of the four stores within about equal distance of my home, I choose the Oroville store to do my regular business. It’s kept clean ( including the restrooms!) and is comfortable for those times that I wait for service to be done. Everyone there has always been friendly and professional. I never feel that they’re try to “up sell” tires or service, though options are always explained.”

“I needed help torquing the lug nuts on my fifth wheel rv, and replacement lugs lost because previous service had neglected to tighten them after doing brake work.
The technician hunted up a couple of replacements and checked the torque on the others and did it without charging.
