“Got a really good apartment here and so far it's been great. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The pool and spa are great and clean as well as the laundry rooms. Blanca B. was the best at getting us the right apartment and moving us in when we were ready. 5/5 stars”

“I have lived here for years and have seen a positive change since Alejandra began managing the property. She is always professional and friendly when approached and is quick to address any issues. What I appreciate the most about Alejandra is her quick communication with tenants.
The property is also well kept thanks to Francisca who is constantly cleaning the shared common spaces. The maintenance man has always been professional and respectful when entering our home and fixing any maintenance issues.
Something that I have loved is that they started doing movie night for tenants occasionally. Management asks for tenants input on the movie, they provide food and snacks. This event creates a way for children and adults who reside in the property to become familiar and interact with one another.”
