“I’ve really enjoyed living at Santa Clara Courts! The location is one of my favorite things about the community. Being within walking distance of the beach and just minutes from downtown Ventura makes it so convenient. The community is beautiful, with a courtyard that’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The gym remodel is also amazing. It looks and feels like a luxury fitness center, and it’s such a treat to have a space like that right where I live. The property management and maintenance teams are also friendly and reliable, and any issues that come up are handled right away.”

“I am grateful to live in this apartment so far when you put a request for work it gets done fast. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The apartment inside is spacious and looks good from inside and out. Only thing it needs fresh paint on the outside of the building, the landscaping needs work. I live along wells and it has a lot of noise coming from the cars trucks and motorcycles that pass by. Otherwise I’m happy to be here.”
