“Needed alterations on a Matron of Honor dress. I didn't initially contact Stych bc I thought they only worked with mens suits/clothing but inquired and got a response almost immediately! I was told that they do accept women's alterations. I went in the next day and had AMAZING customer service from all I came in contact with! I dropped off my dress on Tuesday 2/13 with a completion date of Friday 2/23 (so 8 business days, 10 actual days) with 3 seperate alterations...bringing up the shoulders, tighten up the under arm seams and shortened the hem. I got a text msg that the dress was ready by Thursday 2/15! Once I went in to try on and pick up the dress, again IMMACULATE customer service! Dress fit AMAZINGLY!!! I could not have asked for the job to be done better!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They have all of my, my husband, and son's future business!!!!”

“Blue zone is the spot, I wear a lot of black shirts and I get pro clubs here, also get 501’s here for me and my boys, if you’re from Oxnard you’re gonna find what you need here, they even adjust your jeans the way you want them , cuffs etc. Ben Davis , Levi’s , Dickies, New Era hats and the list goes on. Staff is friendly and nice.”

“This location is off the 101 freeway heading to Ventura, California at the Oxnard Collection off Of Seaglass Way & Collection Blvd. I was with my family we stopped by to check out there clothes & accessories. It's a very chic & classy store. They had different varieties of clothing Women's & Men's, always something for everyone! There store was very super clean & the workers were all friendly & Nice. When upon checking out, The worker I met Roger Martel he was very genuine & kind. He had a super calmness & positive energy about him, I felt at ease. I would love to go back there to shop and definitely see Roger again! I would also tell all my friends & family to go visit there!”

“I like this store and like to go when they are open. Sometimes I have gone during normal business hours and the store is closed. It was closed again last night around 7 pm and the website says it is open until 8 pm. Other than the odd hours store is clean and organized.Manager is really nice and helpful.”

“I want to start off by saying that BD is an amazing company for so so many different reasons! I hand been a loyal costumer for at least 6yrs not if not 7 and I hand had nothing but posative experiences not only with the clothing itself but the customer service, the employees, the owners, and the tribe they created which had boring so many of us like minded ladies tougher. The clothing had always been amazing quality with the most perfect collections, sayings, & quotes! I kid you not BD is quiet literally ALL I wear when not working and have free time! I can say throughout these 6-7yrs they have continuously come out with new/diff collections that have resonated w/me at different moments and circumstances I have gone through in this time! The customer service is so far above ANY other company I have EVER dealt with, not just clothing but any company AT ALL!! They are so dedicated to making sure that the customer above all is happy with their purchase EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Even if it's nothing that they did or was their fault they will make sure to find a resolution to your problem that makes you happy, and on the VERY RARE occasions they make a mistake they immediately take responsibility for the mistake, then they go above & beyond to correct this mistake for example a key chain printing was not up to their standards and without anyone even having to say a word they reached out to us informing us that they would be sending replacements to correct the problem 100%on them when they truly didn't even have to say a thing or do that, but they chose to because their customers.... their tribe is their to priority! I have had to call costumer service a few times for my mistake (ordering wrong size etc.) & they personally answered the phone and immediately helped fix the mistake. I say all of that to say this... idk and have NEVER dealt with another company who has such impeccable, kind, and timely customer service! Throughout the years I've gotten to know the owner and many of the ladies who work in the warehouse personally and know they by name as they do me. What other company takes the time to go live and interact with and talk to their customers the way that they do at BD?! They are more than a Clothing brand but they are a community of also women who I an proud to be a part of! I have made so many amazing friends through this company and tribe they created who otherwise I would have never met and I am incredibly thankful for so of these ladies! They are constantly giving back to the community, and tribe in so many different amazing ways each year and I an honored to be a part of this! There are so many women who find/come to this company in the beginning so totally lost, broken, and feeling like the only one going through these life changing events to now belong to a group of women who encourage, love, and lift one another up making you feel heard, seen, & valid in your thoughts and feelings! There is nothing like this that I've ever seen before! Lastly I want to take this opportunity to thank BD's owner Cristina for making me feel heard, seen, & appreciated when I was having a very dark time in my life here recently. She took the time out of her day to send me a hand written card letting me know that I was valued and loved at this came at the perfect moment! I mean seriously... who can honestly think of another company why genuinely cares about their people this way?! They hand 100s of thousands of customers/tribe members.... yet she took the time to reach out to one! That's truly something worth supporting IMO! I am and will forever be a loyal BD tribe member! And if for some crazy reason you haven't yet tried Beautiful Disaster yet.... what are you waiting on?! The clothing lines/ collections are sick and the company itself is amazing!! I mean... they even ask us what we want to see more of, or what types of things we would like....& they actually follow through and make these ideas a reality! “First professional haircut since covid. Called and asked if there were any open slots, Klarissa said she could get me in. Showed up, she was very professional, wore her mask, was able to give me a good cut, and line up. She was polite, friendly, and on point. Look forward to my next appointment.”

Ive worked as a cashier for Many many years when i was back in High School and We Rocked Customer Service. Unfortunately Customer Service Now And Days has gone Downhill but it has alot to do with the workers who take their job and the Customers serious.
