“This location is off the 101 freeway heading to Ventura, California at the Oxnard Collection off Of Seaglass Way & Collection Blvd. I was with my family we stopped by to check out there clothes & accessories. It's a very chic & classy store. They had different varieties of clothing Women's & Men's, always something for everyone! There store was very super clean & the workers were all friendly & Nice. When upon checking out, The worker I met Roger Martel he was very genuine & kind. He had a super calmness & positive energy about him, I felt at ease. I would love to go back there to shop and definitely see Roger again! I would also tell all my friends & family to go visit there!”

“Just returned from a visit to the Oxnard, CA store and the service was amazing. Super helpful, great sense of humor and informative while taking in my opinion. Given the promotions occasionally offered I received an amazing value for my first visit of 20% off and there was a crazy panty sale as well that I took advantage of. But best of all the bras are incredibly comfortable and supportive at the same time; and much more so if you take a lot of time to find your best size. I can't recommend going into a shop and spending some real time there. I typically peel my bra off as I walk in the door and it's part of that doorway ritual most days, but I can already feel that these bras might be comfortable enough to keep wearing (!). So great. On another note Soma has some items inside of Chicos stores but the inventory is less and the staff isn't fully trained on helping you the way the Soma gals do - the experience was completely different. Not to bash the Chicos stores but bras are very specific so going to the full Soma store experience is hugely recommended the first time - they also have more sizes available for trying on and the smaller versions of the stores don't seem to have the same inventory which is understandable. If you're over 40 you have to check this place out - it's a must!! As larger department stores die out and those huge bra inventories become unavailable for trying on, stores like Soma are incredibly valuable to every woman who needs a bra - online shopping just isn't as efficient or productive. Well worth the prices which are reasonable given the quality. My clerk even managed an easy phone return with the other store I bought a bra from (not my best size) and made it all so easy. Loved my Soma experience and I love my Soma bras. Thank you!!”

I went in last week and she went above and beyond with her customer service, answered so many of my questions, and helped me find the right things I needed. I was having trouble finding the correct clothes/ bras for myself, and Annette was super patient and helpful, while still attending to other customers. Annette is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for over 10 years now and she provided the best experience I have EVER had at the store. Amazing customer service from Annette and will definitely be coming back just for her help.”

“I like this store and like to go when they are open. Sometimes I have gone during normal business hours and the store is closed. It was closed again last night around 7 pm and the website says it is open until 8 pm. Other than the odd hours store is clean and organized.Manager is really nice and helpful.”

Was so pleased to find colorful sweatshirts, fancy dress-up shirts for my man, a red windbreaker, lots of cosmetics & accessories to look through and the most fashionable shoes and boots. I had been looking all over for these type of shoes and finally found them here in my size. Beyond thrilled. Prices were real reasonable, too. I will definitely tell ALL my friends 'cause they will love the sweats & tees.And all my new grandmother friends will LOVE all the children's clothes.”

“I want to start off by saying that BD is an amazing company for so so many different reasons! I hand been a loyal costumer for at least 6yrs not if not 7 and I hand had nothing but posative experiences not only with the clothing itself but the customer service, the employees, the owners, and the tribe they created which had boring so many of us like minded ladies tougher. The clothing had always been amazing quality with the most perfect collections, sayings, & quotes! I kid you not BD is quiet literally ALL I wear when not working and have free time! I can say throughout these 6-7yrs they have continuously come out with new/diff collections that have resonated w/me at different moments and circumstances I have gone through in this time! The customer service is so far above ANY other company I have EVER dealt with, not just clothing but any company AT ALL!! They are so dedicated to making sure that the customer above all is happy with their purchase EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Even if it's nothing that they did or was their fault they will make sure to find a resolution to your problem that makes you happy, and on the VERY RARE occasions they make a mistake they immediately take responsibility for the mistake, then they go above & beyond to correct this mistake for example a key chain printing was not up to their standards and without anyone even having to say a word they reached out to us informing us that they would be sending replacements to correct the problem 100%on them when they truly didn't even have to say a thing or do that, but they chose to because their customers.... their tribe is their to priority! I have had to call costumer service a few times for my mistake (ordering wrong size etc.) & they personally answered the phone and immediately helped fix the mistake. I say all of that to say this... idk and have NEVER dealt with another company who has such impeccable, kind, and timely customer service! Throughout the years I've gotten to know the owner and many of the ladies who work in the warehouse personally and know they by name as they do me. What other company takes the time to go live and interact with and talk to their customers the way that they do at BD?! They are more than a Clothing brand but they are a community of also women who I an proud to be a part of! I have made so many amazing friends through this company and tribe they created who otherwise I would have never met and I am incredibly thankful for so of these ladies! They are constantly giving back to the community, and tribe in so many different amazing ways each year and I an honored to be a part of this! There are so many women who find/come to this company in the beginning so totally lost, broken, and feeling like the only one going through these life changing events to now belong to a group of women who encourage, love, and lift one another up making you feel heard, seen, & valid in your thoughts and feelings! There is nothing like this that I've ever seen before! Lastly I want to take this opportunity to thank BD's owner Cristina for making me feel heard, seen, & appreciated when I was having a very dark time in my life here recently. She took the time out of her day to send me a hand written card letting me know that I was valued and loved at this came at the perfect moment! I mean seriously... who can honestly think of another company why genuinely cares about their people this way?! They hand 100s of thousands of customers/tribe members.... yet she took the time to reach out to one! That's truly something worth supporting IMO! I am and will forever be a loyal BD tribe member! And if for some crazy reason you haven't yet tried Beautiful Disaster yet.... what are you waiting on?! The clothing lines/ collections are sick and the company itself is amazing!! I mean... they even ask us what we want to see more of, or what types of things we would like....& they actually follow through and make these ideas a reality! I just can't say enough about this company! Check em out for sure! ”

“I was looking for shoes for my son, and I couldn't find the size so I decided to ask one of the employees(Jasmine), and at first it seems like we were out of luck because she checked online and there was 1 Birkenstock left, but we couldn't find it. We ended up going to the checkout line.Then the employee (jasmine) I was asking for help came up to us with a box, mind you it was about 10 minutes ago when I asked her for help. She found the Birkenstock and I immediately thanked her.I really appreciate that this worker went above and beyond to get me the Birkenstocks that were a gift for my sons birthday. I really did appreciate that she kept looking even when I said it was okay, it shows she truly cares about the customers...I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!”

“This is a really nice store so much to look at for any Event any Season any Holiday:) Unfortunately the 3 story Forever 21 is no longer back home so we gotta go out of town. Sometimes youll meet very nice workers sometimes youll meet the cashiers who dont offer for you to put your email for whatever their reasons at both stores. Ive worked as a cashier for Many many years when i was back in High School and We Rocked Customer Service. Unfortunately Customer Service Now And Days has gone Downhill but it has alot to do with the workers who take their job and the Customers serious.
