“You can never go wrong shopping in Nordstrom Racks. This store is a big bang for your buck. While some items can be pricey depending on the brand this store is packed with deals for adults and kids. I will say that it has a great women's selection however, the kids clothing and shoes are usually lacking when I go on my bi-weekly shopping runs. This location always has great handbags at amazing prices. The skin and body care is usually a little overpriced. Other than that, there is a decent amount of parking in the front and the staff members are always kind, professional and willing to go above and beyond in the name of customer service.”

“Walked in to get a pair of Black slip on VANS. Workers did not come up to me to ask if they can help. I waited a few minutes before I went to the front to ask them if they could get me my size. Normally when bi cone in here they are fast to attend customer. So with that said this was not my first visit to the store. While I didnt have that great experience I will continue to shop here fir my shoes.”

The petite dark haired woman (salesperson 759285, sadly I didn’t get her name) was exceptionally helpful. She thoughtfully brought out similar styles for me to try on so I could compare fit and comfort. Then she brought out a perfect pair based on my comments and they were considerably less expensive. “This was my first time purchasing boots from Red Wing. It was a really nice experience. The 2 sales reps were super nice and helpful. I found the boots that I wanted, they did the sizing of my feet and presented the boots to try on. They fit perfect!! I was in and out in 10 minutes!!! Excellent!!!”
