“Walked in to get a pair of Black slip on VANS. Workers did not come up to me to ask if they can help. I waited a few minutes before I went to the front to ask them if they could get me my size. Normally when bi cone in here they are fast to attend customer. So with that said this was not my first visit to the store. While I didnt have that great experience I will continue to shop here fir my shoes.”

The petite dark haired woman (salesperson 759285, sadly I didn’t get her name) was exceptionally helpful. She thoughtfully brought out similar styles for me to try on so I could compare fit and comfort. Then she brought out a perfect pair based on my comments and they were considerably less expensive. She was kind, cheerful and personable- and offered the kind of help you rarely get. Thank you for the best shopping experience in a long time!!! I love my new sandals!”

“This was my first time purchasing boots from Red Wing. It was a really nice experience. The 2 sales reps were super nice and helpful. I found the boots that I wanted, they did the sizing of my feet and presented the boots to try on. They fit perfect!! I was in and out in 10 minutes!!! Excellent!!!”
