“Industry Horror is such a cool little shop. It's like Hot Topic but with heart.

The main stock is clothing, accessories, and jewelry, all with a horror or alternative twist. The pieces are incredibly unique. Referential but humorous, silly, spooky, just all around fun. I almost exclusively wear earrings from Industry Horror.

And the cherry on top is that all the art is designed by local artists, and the proceeds go back to supporting autism. It's just so cool, a good cause, and just a good vibe overall. A great thing to have in our community.”

“I went to Mission Tuxedo to get a tuxedo shirt. The shirt that originally came in did not fit right, and at a different store I may have been left without a tux shirt for an upcoming wedding. However, I worked with Jim and he leant me a shirt free of charge to use for the upcoming wedding and then return when my shirt came in. This experience was so good that I also brought in some pants to be tailored by them. Jim was communicative, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire process with Mission Tuxedo, and I am now a customer for life. Thank you!”

“I've never met a Vans store I didn't like, and this location is no exception.

Vans hires the chillest people, always so friendly and welcoming. And the shoes, of course, are iconic. The skateboarding line is the shoe I wear the most, and I love them.

The store inventory is just about what you find at any Vans store, corporate seems to be pretty good about consistency. But it's always changing seasonally.

Vans is great, this store is great, and I suspect they'll continue to be great for a long time.”

What a great spot filled with TONS of great local goods. Also, the market they host is amazing. They also sell tons of organic, natural, non-toxic products as well. :)”

“Hot topic is the BEST! So im a 13 year old boy (who is real short) who went with my grandma and my mom so I could get some stuff from one of my favorite shows right now which is The Amazing Digital Circus. They didn’t have much but they guided me on what they had left, they even gave us a type of coupon which is only if you spend more than 15 I think. They had a Jax plushie (which is not the one you think) as their only tadc plushie. BUT it’s alright cause they also had the little blind box mini figures and a backpack! Matter of fact, they had a shirt my size! The reason this experience was so awesome was because this employee named Dee (I think that’s how you spell it) was so nice and she showed me what was left, and really tried to boost the experience! She was SO NICE AND HELPFUL omg. Even if there wasn’t the plushie I expected, she would cheer me up! Give her a raise please. And also this employee named Armando was so nice, he’s a really chill and cool cashier! He helped us with ALOT OF STUFF TOO. He also let us redo our payment because we forgot to do the coupon ($15 off)! So shout out to these employees man. Give them a raise immediately. Oh yeah he complimented my slipnot hat which is not important but it could mean he’s real kind! (Which he is) So thank you so much Dee and Armando! I only came for Hot Topic cause Hot Topic got EVERYTHING. So skip Spencer’s and go straight to Hot Topic IMMEDIATELY!! Thanks Dee and Armando again! “I ordered the Adidas Samba online at Zumiez thinking it'll be shipped soon but a few days later, I get an email that its sold out and they couldn't ship the shoe to me so I called customer service and they were able to find the shoes at the Zumiez in Ventura. I called and spoke to Milo and he had the shoes in his hand as I was on the phone with him, he told me to order it right away and I did exactly that. About 15 minutes later, I called back and he was able to put my shoes on the side for me. When I spoke to Milo on the phone, he told me someone else tried to order it. I picked up the shoe a few days later with no problems. Milo was extremely helpful and so were the other staff. I would recommend this place and will definitely shop here again.”

“I came to the mall the other week and stopped into this Foot Locker. Store was very mellow/empty. Staff was polite and greeted me asked if I needed any help. Store overall was nicely stocked, looked clean and organized. I was happy to find Adidas workout pants for 50%. I seen they had some Nike ones for 50% also. The staff said it’s a regular thing for them to rotate them for that nice discount. Definitely look forward to coming to purchase more items from here. I recommend you checking them out if you need shoes or workout/athletic gear. Might be one of the few nice stores left at the Pacific View Mall.”
