Employee told me my tablets IMEI didn’t allow calling & I couldn’t use my extra line I pay for.. Tried to up sale me. Went to Walmart bought a $10 sim and now it works. He lied and I don’t trust metro at all

Dude said he was going to take five minutes to get to me. It's been ten minutes. Such a waste of time. I don't know why their WPM is so slow they can't type anything up they take forever and act like we all have their time. Horrible experience. I walked out of the store

Their polite but customer service sucks. Got new phones and when we came back to get the phones. They weren't even there they didn't have them in stock. And now we have to wait another 3 weeks. Made us wait 3 hours to rectify this problem. They should have preventive measures to minus this problem.
