“I am very pleased with the service I received! I called ahead for a quote to fix my cracked screen. Cesar was very helpful and ordered the screen for me. They let me know when it was available and I dropped my phone off on a Wednesday and picked it up on a Thursday. It was like brand new! This is my first time visiting and I will definitely return if I need a repair again.”

“I went into Cricket wireless this evening to get help with my SIM card. I walked in and immediately I received service. I explained what I needed, Alexzandra was the rep who assisted me was friendly, professionally and went out of her to get an answer for me. To find out she had just started working but still did an outstanding job. I will say her coworker Marisol who has been with cricket for 6 years didn’t mind helping when Alexzander needed it. Great team work. Thank you both for going out of your way to assist me. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE..12/01/2022 I need to add to this Review. I had to go back into this store today 12/1/22 to purchase a SIM card. Again I was immediately greeted with a smile. Marisol assisted me. There was some issues with my phone but Marisol did not give up. She tried everything she could do along with calling customer service for assistance, never once did she make me feel like she was bothered or frustrated. She was finally able to get my phone up and running all with a smile the entire time. As I sat waiting , I observed all the employees interact with customers. Marisol, Alexzandra, and another employee I didn’t get her name. All 3 of them very professional, friendly and Great customer service. I won’t go to another store. I’m new to cricket and because of the great customer service I received both times I visited this store I am 100% A satisfied customer. Thank you Ladies. Your all are Awesome.”

This is NOT an authorized third party re-seller but it is rather owned and operated by the T-Mobile corporation which means current mobile carrier customers can easily take care of any issues, concerns or questions about their account at this location before/after they do their shopping.The benefits about this place over a brick and mortar T-mobile retail location is that they have specials for Costco members such as receiving Costco gift card for adding a new line or for new customers who are making a switch; the best benefit here is that they can waive certain fees.The staff here are honest, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They can graciously assist on whatever you need to get done with extra benefits just by being a Costco member as well.This location’s hours is simultaneous with Costco’s hours of operation.This kiosk is highly recommended over any T-mobile retail store because it is time saving and truly a one stop shop with bonuses for being a T-mobile and Costco member -so why wait?!
