“I went into Cricket wireless this evening to get help with my SIM card. I walked in and immediately I received service. I explained what I needed, Alexzandra was the rep who assisted me was friendly, professionally and went out of her to get an answer for me. To find out she had just started working but still did an outstanding job. I will say her coworker Marisol who has been with cricket for 6 years didn’t mind helping when Alexzander needed it. Great team work. Thank you both for going out of your way to assist me. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE..12/01/2022 I need to add to this Review. I had to go back into this store today 12/1/22 to purchase a SIM card. Again I was immediately greeted with a smile. Marisol assisted me. There was some issues with my phone but Marisol did not give up. She tried everything she could do along with calling customer service for assistance, never once did she make me feel like she was bothered or frustrated. She was finally able to get my phone up and running all with a smile the entire time. As I sat waiting , I observed all the employees interact with customers. Marisol, Alexzandra, and another employee I didn’t get her name. All 3 of them very professional, friendly and Great customer service. I won’t go to another store. I’m new to cricket and because of the great customer service I received both times I visited this store I am 100% A satisfied customer. Thank you Ladies. Your all are Awesome.”

“If you need anything, just come to target ? They have food that is priced pretty well, produce and meat is great and they have just about any essentials you could need? Four stars because sometimes items are out of stock and it’s a pain to drive somewhere else but when things are stocked you have your whole list checked off!?”

“If the store advertises online that it's open 24 hours, it should really amend its time to show and reflect when it's closed between 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning because staff want to take a long break. If there's not two people so that they can alternate their breaks to maintain 24 hours. Also this is one of the only locations that still has hot food around this time which I like. Maintains decently fresh produce as well. Their apples are usually especially delicious. Bananas are usually fresh. Overall good location.”

“I have to be honest I didn't care for the employee who was working here at night he was the worst cashier I have had the displeasure of dealing with. So I didn't want to rate this store. It would have been a 1 star. But I liked the other employees that are working there. But now it's okay if I go ahead and rate them. Because now all of the employees that are working there are actually quite nice. I have to say thank you to their manager for hiring a different person at night. I actually appreciate the fact that he is sociable and not ignoring customers while talking on the phone. It's refreshing to see that. Because 8 out of 10 times when I go to a 7-11 at night or heck even in the day. The person behind the counter is on the phone and not giving the customer their attention. I stopped going to mostly every gas station, liquor store and fast stores like 7-11 simply because of the employees who are working (ha) talking on the phone. To me they are being disrespectful towards the customer. So thanks manager for showing me that at least one store in this town has good employees that are being respectful enough to customers by not being on their phones. You have a good crew. Hang on to them! And if that old night employee was related to you in anyway I am sorry if you take offense at my opinion of him. But I don't care because he was not working he wasn't focused on his job. By the way I have no issue saying who I am. Think dog. Lol”

“I cracked my Motorola Android Turbo screen and they fixed it perfectly. I didn't even have to call for an estimate because Yelp did it for me. The owner emailed me back almost immediately with a fair estimate when most didn't even reply. Also, a lot of phone repair shops will not even repair Androids. I can't imagine how easily and cheaply they would fix iPhones.”

He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my options before making any decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured, and his positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. Angel went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.”
