Going above and beyond-
I’ve been to 5 car shops last Friday and when I pulled up at 7pm at Lexus of Oxnard, Cory was ready to assist. He stayed with me until I find the right car. Everyone was gone and the manager was waiting by the door after we came back from a test drive. I went through about 7 cars but Cory was professional these whole time and motivated to help me find the car that I love. And we did ! Also, Cory guided me with all the navigation system, added my home address to the NAV and explained the safety features that my new car has.
Trustworthy and Reliable-
Cory and Manager Ricardo arranged a ride to bring me to the office the next day. I was ready to sign paperwork’s and the amount quoted for the vehicle was the exact amount I paid.
Transparent-
The finance personnel offered some add ons, I politely declined on a few but he did not haggle.
I’ve been with Nissan auto service for 14 years for my previous car’s routine maintenance, I am looking forward to be able to get a better experience with the services offered with Lexus of Oxnard. I will surely return to Lexus of Oxnard when I’m ready to upgrade.

“I had gone to a previous auto shop that was highly rated for some issues with my car— they inspected it and gave me a two-page list on what could be wrong. $600 later, they had “fixed” the problem, only to have the same issue I took it in for reoccur within hours. I took it here to JT’s and got a comprehensive answer— a few hours later, problem solved. Hasn’t happened since. Highly recommend, and they’re friendly!”

“We came in after hours for an oil leak and the owner was super nice to stay late to help us do a quick oil change. He also went above and beyond and helped us find the source of the leak and explain the severity of it. He was super helpful and even provided extra tools to make sure we don’t have a leak. “I had an excellent experience with the service department today. My service advisor, Jeff Hall, was incredibly professional, responsive, straightforward, and helpful throughout the entire process.
I purchased my 2016 Honda Pilot from this dealership, and when it developed an issue related to a Honda fuel-injector service bulletin, Jeff helped me navigate the warranty coverage and get the repair taken care of. “I want to let it be known this review is for Jose alone. Had a drive shaft installed last winter here for my jeep and it snapped on me in less than a hundred miles on it. Had not been off-roading or anything with it. Strictly on the road and snapped on my first day of work at my new job. I then had to get it towed and replaced again. Jose helped in this process and was able to somehow manage to get me my refund for labor and for the part itself which was a pretty dime, all I had to do was turn in the part to the closest o’reilly. If it was installed incorrectly or if it was just a defective part, who’s to say. But I’m getting sent a check in the mail for both so great customer service and I’ve been treated fairly throughout
this whole process. Take off a star that it even had to be redone in the first place. Otherwise, great people to work with.”
