“I want to let it be known this review is for Jose alone. Had a drive shaft installed last winter here for my jeep and it snapped on me in less than a hundred miles on it. Had not been off-roading or anything with it. Strictly on the road and snapped on my first day of work at my new job. I then had to get it towed and replaced again. Jose helped in this process and was able to somehow manage to get me my refund for labor and for the part itself which was a pretty dime, all I had to do was turn in the part to the closest o’reilly. If it was installed incorrectly or if it was just a defective part, who’s to say. But I’m getting sent a check in the mail for both so great customer service and I’ve been treated fairly throughout
this whole process. Take off a star that it even had to be redone in the first place. Otherwise, great people to work with.”

Even though he was extremely busy, but he still offered to put air in my tire so I could safely drive around and look for another shop.

“Airport auto tech worked on my 1961 Chevy impala I went in to have my oil pan and oil pump replaced. And I am grateful they did a full auto diagnose and found other issues that needed attention. Water pump , rear axle bearing, leaking differential. I had them repair everything that needed to be. And the great thing is they send text messages about what is being done what they recommend, keeping you in the loop with your car service. I absolutely recommend them for all car needs and most importantly great and correct work takes time not rushed so I was extremely understanding due to the fact I have several repairs that needed to be done. They still got it all done in a good time not only they kept me posted on everything. Everyone there deserves a 10 star rating amazing workers. Thank you airport auto tech.”

“I came in to AV Tires after work one day due to a leak in one of my tires. Turns out the leak was coming from a tire patch that I previously put in, so I opted to replace that tire with one of the same size and similar treadwear. The techs got the new tire installed to the rim, filled it with air, and even installed back onto my car with a torque wrench as I asked for it. Very easy service and fair price for the tire and installation together. The techs and manager were all very friendly and helpful, honest people. Even though the shop was busy, my entire service took less than an hour. Highly recommend this shop, thank you AV Tires!”
“Early Sunday morning looking for an alignment on my car and went to 2 prior spots before this one; Firestone was quoting me $120 for all 4 tires but had a wait time of 4 hours. Went in with these guys and I was helped right away. Had all the right equipment and had me out the door in about 25 min more or less. Great quick service and did I mention they only charged me $70”

“Those one star reviews are probably pushy or entitled people because I have been going to the Quirino family for my tires, brakes, and other services for years. Honest opinion and services and if Jorge and his employees can't take care of you, he'll tell you right away. It's their policy to not touch the work of others but Jorge has always given me fair assessments of any work I've had done at other shops and is happy to give a second opinion or comparable/competitive bid. If you need your rotors resurfaced, or some used tires on a budget go see this family business and develop a great vehicle maintenance relationship.”

“My tire size is not a common size for most of the used tire shops around Oxnard 195/75 R14 or 215/70 R14. All the tire shops I went to or called said they don't have that size. A couple of shops even called other shops but couldn't help me. El Morro Tire shop he told me they had my size. The worker very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys at El Morro Tires and Service”
“I’m so grateful I found this place at the worst moment of my trip. I got a flat tire on the 101 in the middle of the night, about an hour away, but I had no choice except keep driving to the next nearby town. I ended up sleeping in my car in Oxnard until morning.
My first stop was 3 Rios Tires, where they wanted $60 for a used tire. I only had $40 left. Then I went to Cogg’s Tires, but they didn’t have my size. Some customers there told me to check out SM Tires instead, and steered me away from 3 Rios.
At SM Tires, they sold me a nearly new tire for $40. They took their time and did a great job, making sure no air was leaking. They even let me use their water hose and brush to wash off the dead insects stuck on my grille and windshield.

THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE!! I didn't even get my tires from there originally. They just fixed it free and sent me on my way.
