“The Big Brand Tire and Service guys in Camarillo are thorough! I came in for an oil change but they promptly brought other issues of concern to my attention. I appreciate the prompt service. Initially, Tommy took photos of my tires and advised me of wear to the front tires that I did not realize. Tires were rotated and I will replace all four at my next oil change with Big Brand. A full discussion ensued which helped me to understand my options and the cost. An engine air filter needed replacing and replacement of the cabin air filter was recommended. My appointment was handled promptly and professionally. I really am grateful for this group of talented young guys! Thanks for taking good care of me.”
