I love this mindset and work ethic. What is says is "I understand". We are in the midst of big transitions, life changes, major moves. At the very least we have got a busy day or a busy few moments ahead with multiple things to juggle and manage. The fact that you are met with someone who gets it and works hard to make the process as quick and trouble free is super helpful.
