“OK, this is several weeks overdue, Sorry for my delay Secure Storage, but mostly to Brad the assistant manager he’s the one that I talked to on the phone before I went in person and the one who helped me in person as well
First, I’m gonna talk about Brad the assistant manager. I’ve seen his name mentioned by other reviewers on yelp in Google beforehand so I knew Customer Service was great from other reviewers, but I didn’t realize how great until I experienced it. Brad is the best as it gets any company would be lucky to have him secure. Storage is fortunate to have him on their team Camarillo Store is fortunate and we are lucky as customers to have someone like Brad. He’s the nicest, friendly, genuine authentically cares. And when I talk to him on the phone, he was really warm and friendly and professional, and he was also this way in person And honestly, I just felt lucky that he was the one I was dealing with. We’ve all had experiences in different businesses in different industries or the Customer Service is MEH or it can be bad like transactional check collector mentality, but you won’t feel that way at secure storage in Camarillo because of Brad, I saw reviews on Kevin as well, but I didn’t meet him because he was off of work.
Anyways, I’m just super glad that I was fortunate to find secure storage and Brad is part of the management team. He goes above and beyond and anything you ask him whether it’s a question or to do something he has a can do positive energy and an attitude and that just makes you feel valued, and Like hey this person really cares about me as a customer
The facility itself is really nice. It’s huge which I think is awesome. It has elevators that are large and the access hours are great and it’s very clean. Well lit you. Feel safe when you go there and I feel the pricing is competitive also.
Anyways, if you’re in the market, oh I almost forgot they have a wide variety of storage unit sizes. I’m glad I found them.
Do Yourself a favor and check them out and give Brad individual kudos. Give him a raise if he’s interested in being promoted put him on that track. It’s always great to have someone at a company that really has a can do positive and really cares to take care of the customer.

“Great location with good floor plan. The staff here are very respectful. Clean facility with plenty of parking. Good climate for anyone's belongings. Speak with Martin, he was the one who helped us out. Plus this is the only storage location in Oxnard that closes late. I would highly recommend this Trunk Space Storage location to anyone needing a location to store items. I am definitely storing item here again. Thanks Trunk Space Storage for taking good care of us <3”

I am moving on. June is my last month. I have been very satisfied with having my unit here 2 1/2 years. Mike, Melinda, and Gloria have been AWESOME as far as I'm concerned. And if I need another storage unit in the future, it will only be: Security Self Storage.

“I picked up a few additional boxes, packing supplies, and a trailer hitch from this location. It's very large if you need any packing material! And uhaul boxes are the best if you're moving!
From what I could see they had a ton of options for bans, trailers, and everything else for moving.”

“George is amazing!!! Every time I go, he is always so understanding and accommodating. He is known for working two registers at one time and helping people with their phones and QR codes. I love this mindset and work ethic. What is says is "I understand". We are in the midst of big transitions, life changes, major moves. At the very least we have got a busy day or a busy few moments ahead with multiple things to juggle and manage. The fact that you are met with someone who gets it and works hard to make the process as quick and trouble free is super helpful. I would highly recommend George and the U-Haul spot for your moving needs. Why because they actually care about the person. Kind relatable professional. He needs a raise!!!!;)”
