“Facility manager was friendly, good at communication and helpful. Space was clean and easy to access. Gate access was digital utilizing an app. The only drawback was after less than 3 months rent jumped by approximately 22%! Manager did negotiate a much smaller increase, but I still moved out.”

“Great location with good floor plan. The staff here are very respectful. Clean facility with plenty of parking. Good climate for anyone's belongings. Speak with Martin, he was the one who helped us out. Plus this is the only storage location in Oxnard that closes late.
