“Clean and spacious but they kick you out 51-20 minutes before closing which is horrible for business and it should state the actual closing time. A business so big should force customers to leave before the actual scheduled closing time. If you can’t stay open until your closing time then you should change the closing time to fit your criteria.”
“Golden State Storage by far is a trustworthy business to store your personal items. Not only do the employees make you feel right at home, they are also very friendly and clean. They have plenty of cameras. Another plus is that a majority of the units are drive ups.

One more thing I should mention, when I got my first unit, I rented a 5x5 unit. Then in less than a week I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit. Didn't know if I would be able to switch before the month. Turns out, I was and it was so easy. Two weeks later I needed to downsize. Wasn't sure if I would be allowed to but they allowed me to as long as I did transferred all my belongings to the other unit before the office closed. And I did. They prorated my charges, wasn't too much of charge.
Golden State Storage made my unit transfers so easy. They are absolutely good people. I know that my items are safe.
So if you're unsure of where to rent a storage unit. I suggest giving Golden State Storage a chance.”
“What a great hidden treasure. Maryanne (sp) is an absolute angel and very sweet person. She explained everything perfectly and was very thorough. Her little mascot Leo is precious. I can see why their 99.9% occupied. Great hours of operation to and right across the harbor from us. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs or outside RV or Boat storage needs too.”
