“I never had issues here besides the parking out front may not be directly in front of the building. You may not get parking directly in front of the post office. There will be space a few businesses down so keep this in mind if you have a big package to carry inside. The bin to drop off your package is smaller so if your package does not fit then you can just hand it to the attendant.
This is a smaller post office than the one on C street so less staff on-site. It kind of depends how long the line will take if you need assistance. I have never had to wait that long here but then again, I only had to wait like twice in my life at this location. I always come to the post office with my shipping label created and package ready for shipment. I just drop it off and I am good to go.”
“If you're getting any printing jobs done, be sure to get Laura, the Print & Marketing Service Supervisor to help you! She walked me through all of my questions for a large printing job (for me, anyway) and I felt as if I wasn't being rushed or hurried out at all, but rather she took her time, gave me all sorts of price quotes, suggestions on how I might fit what I wanted to the pages, everything that we needed to get our Little Free Library up and going! Thanks so much Laura, and we'll be back next week to place that order!”

“Very poor cell reception, you're going to want to download or screenshot your print label before arrival. Otherwise, you'll probably have to step outside to get cell signal. It seems to be true for both AT&t and Verizon.”

“I love this store! The people who work here are highly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I saw a customer express her frustration at one of the employees because she felt she should not have to get in line given she is merely dropping off a package. The employee reiterated her request cordially that the customer wait her turn but this only ignited the customer's rage and she showed it. I was impressed by how the employee maintained her composure.”
“Was in a pinch on printing out a real estate presentation. Had some problems with finalizing so had no time on the back end. Called a couple “office stores “ and got a standard “no go” until later the next day. Called this Kinkos and spoke to an employees that said even though they were the only one in store they would see what they could do. Sent the job over and within a couple hours got a notice the job was done! Dropped by and picked it up and it was bound and ready to go!!! Saving the day and the upcoming appointment. Thank you Mary!”
“I had to have a huge water trough shipped to an apartment building. It was an extremely unusual request but it was delivered on time and safely. The driver (Greg) was extremely nice and stayed in communication during delivery. I also had a call from the office and she was also very nice and took the time to make sure everything was in order for drop off.”

Win Win their is a UPS closer to me but I will make the drive to visit Anna and her staff”
