“They gave me an initial estimate for the cost of the job. An hour later, they come and said, “All done, you’re good to go.” The repair was so minor, they did it for the cost of the estimate. As I was leaving, I told them, as I’m telling you here, “I’ll be recommending you guys highly!” I checked “WIPER BLADE INSTALLATION” below, but they actually worked on the wiper fluid reservoir looking for a leak.”

“My tire sensor was on so I made a call and Lauren told me to bring it in and she would have it checked out. Turned out I had a nail in the back tire, not the front tire on the sensor. She had it patched and I was on my way. They always try to get me in and fix the problem.”

“had a few general maintenance done and when they did their inspection and gave me the report i had pictures videos, recommendations everything. i wasn't sure due to price so i called around and was quoted WAY higher than what they were offering, so i came straight back to Camarillo Independent. kinda enough to give me a ride back home and i honestly wasn't expecting due to the distance. Finding a good auto mechanic shop is terrifying but they made me want to come back. Highly recommend and very reasonable people. Thanks Sochi and the whole shop!”

“I meant to write this review last month, sorry for the delay! I came here on November 1st because my Mini decided the steering wheel should lock up. Josh ran a battery test and tested out the alternator. Turns out my battery needed to be replaced. Unfortunately their location didn't have the battery I needed, so I got one at a nearby Auto Zone. The Auto Zone didn't want to replace my battery for me because Mini is kind of complicated trying to change it out, so I came back to Mountain View where Josh replaced it for me. Turns out the Auto Zone gave me the wrong size *sigh* so after going back and forth to swap it, the correct battery was installed. I'm so incredibly thankful for Josh and his patience and willingness to help. Seriously if I lived in the area I would be bringing my car here for maintenance.”

“The Big Brand Tire and Service guys in Camarillo are thorough! I came in for an oil change but they promptly brought other issues of concern to my attention. I appreciate the prompt service. Initially, Tommy took photos of my tires and advised me of wear to the front tires that I did not realize. Tires were rotated and I will replace all four at my next oil change with Big Brand. A full discussion ensued which helped me to understand my options and the cost. An engine air filter needed replacing and replacement of the cabin air filter was recommended. My appointment was handled promptly and professionally. I really am grateful for this group of talented young guys! Thanks for taking good care of me.”
