“Alfonso went over and beyond in customer service when I was having trouble switching my phone number over from my Samsung to my iPhone, I thought I was going to have to go back to my old phone but he made multiple calls and tried everything until we were finally able to get my iPhone to work with my old number. I went to 3 different stores trying to get help and everyone else just gave up. He worked on it for at least 2 hours never complaining or acting like it was bothersome. Definitely an employee I’d try to hang on too at all costs. 5 stars plus…..”

“Every time I walk into this Cricket store I've been greeted appropriately and courteously. There have been a few times that there was one person ahead of me and it may have taken 5 minutes longer than what I thought it should. However I've always been treated with kindness and respect. When the staff didn't know something they would go and check it out and get back with me. This store is run by very intelligent young people who has been there a few years already.”

“Went to pick up a vga adapter for my husband. I didn’t know where to look for it. Got passed up by a few employees for around until Aryll came by and asked if I needed help. She was amazing took me directly to the area where the item I was looking for was and she found the item for me. Best Buy should hire more employees like Aryll!!”

“I went there for some sigma Mr Beast chocy. Luckily a kind alpha male led me in the direction of the chocy. When I saw the display my heart fluttered with happiness. I prayed to the Ohio rizzler god and then picked up deez nuts (my favorite flavor. Like what the grimace shake that name is so sus. On the way to the register I rizzed up a level 3 gyatt. I checked out and immediately yelled "big chungus" LOL. Great experience!”

“No other place to buy your electronics!! Very knowledgeable floor staff in every category. They take loads of time to explain choices of computers, TVs, everything. Staff will give you insights on value, quality and features that you could never get from Target or other competitors. The repair service and home installation are superb. Geek Squad staff are brilliant. If it can be fixed, they will do it, and with service membership it is often free. Ive been a Geek Squad Member for years, and I have a ton of electronics, so no need to consult anyone but me for Best Buys review. Also, they keep their word on every promise”

“I have been with Metro for over a decade and have been pleased with my service and plan. It has been several years since I've purchased a new phone and I finally went to the Metro store on Broadway, in Seaside and met with Alex. He went above and beyond customer service! Personable, kind, patient, knowledgeable, informative and confident! He offered to turn on three different phones I was considering, with his advice, so that I could see the quality of the phone, the camera picture, etc.. he gave great recommendations with stats! I'm happy to say that after 7 years I have a new Motorola Power 5G and it is the bomb! Alex even transferred everything over to the new phone while I waited to make sure that everything was perfect before I walked out the door! Exceptional service! More than Reasonable prices, nice clean store and good atmosphere!
I highly recommend!”

“I’d like to say thank you to the genius that helped me at the Genius Bar yesterday. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but my Case ID ended in 0554She taught me about resetting the SMC on my laptop and now when it faults on startup I can do that to keep it going. I’m very grateful and would like to pass along this feedback I unfortunately didn’t catch her name at the beginning of the appt and I was kind of sour the entire time, but only because I was sad to think I was saying goodbye to this computer ? at least now I’ll have a few more days with it ?And I also had an awesome demo of the new Vision Pros. I was truly moved while sitting in the middle of a (loud and fun) Apple Store. The demo guy was great and the product is killer”

“We had some issues with data transfer that became complicated. We made 2 separate appointments to accomplish the transfer. The verizon staff, specifically Yancy and Jaqueline, were so knowledgeable and patient with all the issues we had. Even when the store was closing they took an extra couple minutes out of their time to help us. I cannot recommend this store high enough based on our customer service experience.”

He quickly provided me exactly what I needed, which was not what I had experienced with a Xfinity competitor in the past. Herbie was very helpful, and I appreciate his assistance.
