“Brought in my car for an oil change. They were quick to greet me and show me the check-in process. They had my car done quick! It's a big shop with lots of tire options. Nice to find a local shop as the options have been thinning out over the years.”

“I have only been here twice, but they seem to do a good job on the Oil Change and Tire Rotation.I mistakenly made an appointment at a place with a similar name, Bay Service Automotive, and when I arrived there I was told I would have to leave my car for the day and come back. This was not stated to me when I made the appointment so I was upset (we only had the one car here and there was no place we could walk to and hang out for several hours even if we came back the next day.) Luckily we realized it was the wrong place and drove over to Bay Brakes Auto & Tires, and we're fortunate that they fit us in. They told us to come back in about an hour, so we walked over to Paris Bakery...which was closed! I didn't know they're closed on Tuesdays!We just walked around the area a bit and ended up at Peets Coffee, and an hour passed before we knew it. When we returned, they were already done.Next time I'll plan on going any day but Tuesday so I have an excuse to enjoy a yummy pastry while I wait! It's less than a half mile walk to Paris Bakery from Bay Brakes.So many places I called wanted me to pay well over $100 for a simple oil change for my 2007 car. Thanks to Bay Brakes, I payed a reasonable $60 and they rotated my tires as well.I will update this review after a couple more visits...we're taking my husband's car next time, since we didn't have it with us in Monterey last month.Make sure you call this place, not the other one, and make an appointment so you can get in and out with no fuss. They can get very busy here, which I noticed on my first visit. They are close to D the M Park, and lots of little shops, it's a great location.”

“Best by far and insanely cheaper than the Cypress Coast. I got brakes on my Subaru for about $1300 when my quote from Cypress Coast was $2790. Additionally I told them I paid over $1300 for the 60K service, they were amazed it cost that much. When I asked them if there was an issue with the alternator because Cypress Coast said it needed to be replaced Natale's said there was no issue with it at all. Seriously, just don't even try the auto mall just take your car to Natale's you truly won't regret it.”

“I took a chance and drove in for an oil change without an appointment. They looked really busy, yet told me to drive right in and that it wouldn't take long. They were indeed quick, and when I attempted to use an "on line" coupon, he offered me a military discount when he saw my ID, which was even lower than the coupon. I was very impressed; just excellent customer service. The little waiting area was no drills but acceptable. Many thanks for such a pleasant experience.”
