My car broke down, and I was worried that I would be either stuck in Pacific Grove ( not a bad place to get stuck in) or have to drive back sometime next week to retrieve my car. Well, thanks to these guys, my car was ready in time for my return home, and the service was outstanding and thoughtful and extremely friendly and reassuring. Kevin put me at ease at once, and he kept me apprised every step of the way. And,it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. “Stopped in recently to speak with Jim, the proprietor of this lovely little Volkswagen shop. He was incredibly informative, and even though he was busy, he took the time to answer my questions and satisfy all my curiosities. Jim is so nice, so knowledgeable, even though he couldn't help with my specific request (Porsche engines are not Volkswagen compatible). I would highly recommend retaining his services.”

“Very kind, honest, thoughtfulMy car made whine sounds for two days which was from the alternator and didn't start on last Friday. I called this shop and communicated with Greg. According to the Greg's advice, I towed my car to the shop at cost of my insurance company (roadside assistance). Greg replaced my alternator and provided many helpful recommendation on my car. I will visit this shop again whenever I have any issue with my car. I will change oil here next time because my car is getting older and need extra preventive checks. Thanks, Greg.”

“John and his son, Paul, are the best mechanics I have dealt with in 5 states I have lived. They are passionate and knowledgable about german motor brands and are incredibly honest.I have a 2016 M235i and have gone back to them for various tasks like brake replacement, a broken coolant hose issue and other preventative maintenance. I tend to err on the side of caution and try to get all kinds of preventative maintenance planned based on what I read on forums but they are very practical and knowledgable about these engines and what should be delayed and what should be prioritized. They are always honest about their pricing and quite quick on their turn around time. I highly suggest them as your german motor mechanics in the area!”
