The trainers are great and the classes move quickly so the 45 minutes flies by in no time. “A great gym for those looking for a 24hr type spot without the typical "24Hr" type crowd. Accommodating and easy to set up and will even work with you if you need a spot to lift while in town. Facility has great equipment and will fit whatever vibe you want to lift in. There is a reservation system in place, but I found it easy to get the time slot that I needed to get in the workout. I will definitely be utilizing this gym whenever I am back in the area visiting family and friends.”

“After struggling to find a sustainable workout routine because of recurring back pain caused by years of running, I decided to give weightlifting a try, even though it felt intimidating. After 3+ months at SixPax, I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy the program and love the changes I'm seeing in myself! All of the coaches are very friendly, know you by name, and are the perfect blend of encouraging & challenging. It's also refreshing and motivating to see all ages and body types at the gym doing the program! “I tried Row House the first time with my friend this week. It has been such a fun experience! My friend calls it a clubbing atmosphere with row machines ?. The work out is great. The instructors are awesome! They really take the time to help you figure out what to do, they keep you on beat, and are super encouraging and fun.Nate has the best floor/strength work! I like how he isolates one area for a period of time rather than rush to the next movement.”

As a life long, everyday runner, I started looking for a full-body workout that combined weights and cardio to build complete strength.9Round delivers on all fronts. I have been going five days a week now for two years. It is approachable for everyone, with staff that cares and pays attention to how your workout can improve. Also, I sweat like hurricane through Florida in September—no problem, no shame. This is a wonderful place, with wonderful trainers where you can be yourself. I’m convinced, novice to professional will find a challenge and improve their fitness. “I can't recommend this highly enough. It was recommended by a physical medicine (physiatrist) doctor so I already came with high expections which were met and exceeded. I worked mostly with Jennifer Vanegas who does an amazing job of evaluating and educating you. Their team of well trained PT aides are also really fun to work with. I'm recommending this place to all my patients who ask for a PT recommendation as well.”

“I love this studio! The instructors here are really grounded and...great yoga teachers all around. Also I love that we can join online or in the studio. I've tried a few online yoga classes but none of them had the feel of a truly centering experience while expanding and stretching the body through the asanas. They all felt more like gym class. Not really what I wanted. But with Yogazan, whether it's been online or in person, it feels like a coming together of my full being--mind body and soul. Every time I go through class, I feel like I'm bringing myself into full alignment as I breath and push through my own physical limits.”

“Deuce is one of my favorite drop-in gym, the only place I go when I visit LA.While they are currently unaffiliated, the Functional Fitness training they provide is still top notch. Really well thought through, incredibly involved and caring coaches.I love that the gym is largely outside--it's a very LA vibe.Final plus--they have a range of classes, from functional fitness to weightlifting to breath and cold exposure-that really help to round out the experience.And they have great t-shirts and other gear.”

“Been a member for some years now and don’t see that changing anytime soon. Gazel and his team are all very friendly, professional, and helpful. I’m an early bird so the gym being 24hrs was huge for me. Equipment is pretty much clean all the time and although on the smaller side, the gym is never too crowded. There are a good variety of weights and machines that allow you to pretty much target every muscle group. Lastly, I have to mention the access to gyms anywhere in the world. From London to TX, this perk def has come in handy for me personally.”

Hard workouts, but not impossible to finish if you work hard at it. Everyone seems really great. “I joined this gym a few months ago and it's really become a safe space to get healthy and fit again. It's not big or flashy but has the right equipment to get the job done. Risky does a great job of maintaining a friendly and respectful gym experience for all by the members he attracts. No bros slamming weights or annoying you while you're trying to get a workout in. My one complaint is that the gym is pretty warm, worried about summer heat in the valley.”

“I love 9 round. I've tried other kickboxing classes and this is what does it for me. I like that i can show up and just start my workout. Everything is laid out and you go into each round every 3 minutes. The trainer is there with you and helps modify or correct your stance. I can burn around 400-500 calories each workout and I'm done in 30 minutes. It's definitely a full body workout and I love that I can feel myself getting stronger while loosing weight. Try it out and you'll fall in love too!”

“Since November 2022, I have been training at this gym, and I can honestly say that I love it. This gym is by far the greatest that I have trained at out of all the others. It's a terrific gym overall with friendly staff and gym members, along with a clean and safe environment. Milton, the owner, is an incredible fighter and coach. His methods, along with those of the other coaches, are remarkable and, most importantly, practical. Not a single technique that I have been taught has not been effective for me. Milton Agruello Mixed Martial Arts Academy is the right place to attend if you want to continue your martial arts training or begin your journey as a fighter.”

“I was a little hesitant to join at first since we are in a middle of a pandemic but after I was assured by a friend that F45 is taking COVID seriously, I am happy I joined. All equipment is sanitized after each class. Each individual has their own space outside that is at least 10ft away from another class member and tons of hand sanitizer is provided. The trainers are great - especially enjoy Courtney and Jen, the exercises are definitely calories burning, the class goes quickly, the music is fun and most importantly during these strange times (at least for me), the vibe is positive. So happy to be a new member!”

“What every gym should strive to be. I dropped in here for a week when I was out visiting family on the recommendation of a former member. Top notch coaches, programming, people, vibes, and facility! Duke was super welcoming, the members were too, and the workouts were well thought out, balanced, and left me both energized and feeling like I paid my daily dues to the fitness gods.It's run extremely well, and the building is super cool. The dedication of the staff and members is very obvious, and if I ever lived out here, this would be my absolute first choice to call home.Keep it up. I'll be back!”
