“I called inquiring about a copper fitting. The attendant on phone actually asked to be placed on hold to make sure it was in stock. It was confirmed. Though driving to there, I haven't visited the area post burnt surroundings. Of course I saw the news outlet pictures, but seeing the aftermath just broke my heart. But my experience in the store was great.efficient, professional, and just pleasure to see all there beaming smiling faces. ♥️”

“Always shop small businesses! After spending 30 minutes at Ace and them not having what I needed, I walked into Emil’s and someone helped me find what I needed within 5 minutes. Good prices, good vibes. Highly recommend.”

“I have been a huge fan of Harbor freight as a company for a very long time. The quality of the tools continues to improve while the prices remain very reasonable. This particular store is very similar to most other so cal locations. It offers a wide variety of Tools and other Chinese made goodies. Unfortunately, most of the California locations that I have been to all seem to employ people with very poor customer service. At this location it feels like the employees are jaded. At first I thought that maybe they were just having a bad day, but nope. I have been here dozens of times and they still seem very cold and dismissive”
10837 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles CA 90025
“Sheila is the absolute best! She helped me find exactly what style and finish would be perfect for my kitchen and bathrooms. I brought samples in and she took the time to explain what would look the best. And the quality was exceptional. In top of that she's is the sweetest, most patient person. Highly recommend.”

“Showroom has impressive samples of various windows, doors, and hardware to consider. We had excellent customer service from Mario for our windows and doors project. We appreciate the attention to detail with the onsite visit from Mario and Jesse to verify all dimensions and requirements. The responsiveness, knowledge, advice, and great communication from Mario and team are appreciated. All the staff at Superior Moulding are courteous and we had great customer service experiences from the front desk and warehouse teams as well. Special call out to Mario though, he provided outstanding customer service. We definitely endorse Superior Moulding and would use them again if needed.”

“Very helpful employees, and they actually sell glass here, unlike the box box home improvement stores! Great old-school mom and pop hardware store. Love this place, thank goodness they're here!”
8914 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood CA 90069
“Did not have what I needed. The kid at the specialty counter was not a real help he went back to scolling his phone. Then I thought about a similar thing that I could make work and he was able to find that with no issue. Overall I made it work. Still a great store for selection of products. Miss some of the older more experienced people.”
11060 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90064
“Overall I come here very often for materials for my projects. Everyone has always been helpful. Parking is a bit of a struggle with a truck due to tight size. Overall everyone is nice. Looking at other reviews that are negative I have never felt mistreated here. Prices are a bit hire for some things like lumber. But you are in middle of the city. To be honest I could drive further to get my lumber or tools but sometimes it is just convenient.”

“I really appreciate the customer service I received today with Eric He was super dedicated and efficient with my special key order. I can’t say enough about this mans customer service. He is an asset to the store indeed. Second time around and also had a very good experience with Paul helping me install my keyless lock. He was a very kind and very patient man. He really puts his heart and soul into what he does.”

“Owner is so kind and this store has EVERYTHING. Looks small on the outside - is NOT! There’s a downstairs with all the screws and plumbing parts you would need. So many specific pieces. Make sure you know what you need exactly before going. Pics are just from the screw section.”
11600 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90064
“I was at a nearby lumber/hardware store and they only had light duty joist connections. Not being familiar with the different grades of connections, I asked another patron and he recommended Hardware Express. I went the following day, the guys were friendly and efficient getting me exactly the joist connection I needed. This place isn't really a hardware store it's more of store that has specialty (at least to me) metal parts for construction.”
1636 11th St, Santa Monica CA 90404
“Bourget is my GO-TO store here in Santa Monica for all my DIY projects. The cashiers are only for check-out, if you need real help, the Contractors' counters are further inside.”

“It is not the company's fault for the actions of this driver parking in an unsafe spot when the street that he parked and has a blind sighted turn if I was in a regular sized vehicle I wouldn't be able to see around that truck well it was still hard for me to see her on the truck because The vehicle I drive his right hand drive this driver was mad because I asked him to move so I can work safely he didn't want to move kept giving me excuses the construction site he was delivering to has a huge driveway that he could have parked in front of but he didn't he was mad because I took a picture of his truck and started doing hand jesters since I'm working as well I have to be professional and not get on the same attitude that he was in I did call the company I did file a complaint I had to do things the right way to be able to still pay my bills and I'll get fired from my job Donely thing I want from this driver is to get educated on safety I don't want the driver fired I don't want him written up I just want him educated because I know he has bills just like I do I will still give this company a five star review just not the driver”

“I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the moment I walked in the door through to installation. Al was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as a sales rep and the SD recco of Best Appliances Install was great. Good communication from purchase through delivery and install. “I’ve been painting since 19 8082, and doing Venetian Plaster since 2000. They have the best assortment of merchandise and supplies of I think any paint store I’ve seen. I love that they have Benjamin Moore, which has the best colors and performance, IMO.”
