“Today, June 6th 2026 I had one of the best shopping experiences that I have had in a very long time. We came into the Zale's Culver City store and the staff Alexandria, Mrs. Garcia and the jeweler Arnold went above and beyond to make sure we walk away with our heart's desire. Alex worked out different strategies and was on the phone with many people to work out the best finance options. Every one on shift was help assisted my team as much as they could. We sat back and watch them work like a well oiled machine. It was really nice to see. They all showed exceptional customer service and made us feel like they truly appreciated our business. I stopped by Fast Fix Jewelry in the Culver City Mall who quoted me absurdly high. I went to get a second opinion from Culver Center Jeweler and I'm so glad I did. Greg is such a great guy. Super personable and an absolute professional. His son Jose is great as well. Greg had my medals fixed super fast and the price was a touch over half of what Fast Fix Jewelry quoted me.

“We loved our experience at VRAI. We went here for my engagement ring and had such a great experience, I was thrilled to get to go again to pick out our wedding bands. We had an appointment with Elan and he was so wonderful. He greeted us warmly and even had champagne for us to remind us what a celebratory event our engagement and wedding is. Elan was patient and never pressured us, though he did hype us up when we decided on our final bands. They didnt have a certain style I wanted to try in person, so Elan made a makeshift band using 3 other rings so I could still see the vision, which was so clever and helpful. I ended up picking that band and I love it so much, I don't even want to wait for our wedding to wear it!
Sustainability is a very important factor for me so I appreciate VRAI's transparency regarding sustainability on their website. I also feel like they have a lot of options and types of jewelry.
I was even able to get my VRAI engagement ring cleaned while we were there for the wedding band appointment. I will absolutely be recommending this place to friends, and I plan to return for some wedding jewelry later this year. Thank you VRAI and Elan!”

“I retired and cleaned out my jewelry box. My niece referred me to Curated LA to have a new setting made for my 30+ year old emerald and diamond engagement ring. The new design was so stunning, I went back to see Liz half a dozen more times this year with necklaces, rings that no longer served me and had custom pieces made. The collection in shop is very high quality and so many different pieces across a multitude of designers. The shop is lovely, warm and friendly as is the owner. After browsing around all the diamond stores in West Hollywood, the quality of the rings at Jean Dousset stood out the most. I scheduled an appointment and Alex let me try on a ton of different rings to find out which band and diamond I preferred. After deciding on an elongated cushion and the Elle setting, Alex ordered two diamonds for me to look at. They were both stunning, I picked my favorite, and it was sent off to be built.
