I called very spur of the moment to come in for an appointment in search of an engagement ring after not finding what I wanted at other jewelers. I came in anxious, confused, and frazzled. “I love Brooke Rodd's stores. I always find what I need and gifts for people that I love. Today I went in and found an adorable blouse and really cute earrings to wear on my anniversary date. Amy helped me. She's been there for a few years and she has always been so helpful and kind. I love her! She's a gem of an employee. Every holiday my husband goes in there to buy me a birthday and Christmas gift. He always finds such a cute stuff and he takes our kids and they shop for me. “Had a lovely visit today at L'Oliphant. I popped in one day to window shop and Janice was so helpful and mentioned their cleaning, maintenance and repair services. Had no idea that you should have your ring prongs inspected a couple times a year to be safe. They were so helpful in cleaning a family necklace piece and inspected my rings which did in fact need a bit of tightening. I'll be back with other pieces and so glad to have found them.”
