“I had brought in a accord with some trans problem around 50,000 miles, 03. Spoke to Lenin who assisted me over the phone and in person like a profesional. Lenin as well as the mechanic team got my car done in 2 weeks with it feeling and performing better than when I picked it up. Car runs smoothly till today, got it serviced back in may of 2023. Definitely recommend this place for anyone dealing with transmission light and problems.”

“Joe is a kind, honest man, and that can be hard to find as a mechanic. My cars repairs would be really high and I didn’t want to sink more money into my car. My daughter was bummed because I was going to get it ready for her to take back to college as her first car, but we had to decide to sell it. When my old mechanics closed up shop, I went to Adna. He is knowledgeable and honest. He is hardworking. I notice that his employees remain with him, which is a sign of a good employer. His place is busy but he is willing to make accommodation for me when he knows my college kid is home for just a short few days, he would take him in.”

“I brought my Previa transmission here 10yrs ago. It had a freshly rebuilt engine and the shop I was at decided to ignore the transmission (I asked them to have it rebuilt while the engine was out).Anyways, I brought here, we set up a time to drop it and within 3 days it was done.I was sent pictures of the burnt planetary gears. So everything was changed out and also a shift kit added.I swear I made this review a long time ago, but maybe Google erased it.Even to this day, the Previa is running strong.”

“I took my car to this place at a point of desperation after getting my car towed somewhere else first that said they couldn't actually work on it since it was transmission-related. The owner of the place, Arnoldo, was quick to take my car in and gave me a rough timeline (which was spot on) and a rough estimate after taking a look at all the things (his estimate was under what is ended up being). But all things considered, I think it was telling of how upfront he was being by being able to give an estimate at all. Most other places, are horrible at this. So even if ended up paying $300 over the estimate, I was just glad that the car was fixed in a timely manner.”

Clear honest explanations of what was probably causing my problem... and guess what? It was a quick fix, cost me $16, took less than 30 minutes in and out... What would have happened at a typical shop? I highly recommend Pacifica Transmission. And I was glad to hear they fix more than just transmissions.
