“Frank was very helpful and responsive when I needed 2 new tires. He ordered them and soon after & quickly installed them.
The reason I didn’t give the experience a 5 star rating is bc the shop and waiting area are FILTHY! The entire space hasn’t been cleaned in years. I mentioned this to Frank. He agreed, said he used to have a cleaning service, yet “it’s been awhile”. He attributed some of the dirt to the roadside (they are located on a loud, busy street), however this amount of dirt, level of unkept,
is much more than that. I will not return for follow up service because of this.”
