“Frank was very helpful and responsive when I needed 2 new tires. He ordered them and soon after & quickly installed them. The reason I didn’t give the experience a 5 star rating is bc the shop and waiting area are FILTHY! The entire space hasn’t been cleaned in years. I mentioned this to Frank. He agreed, said he used to have a cleaning service, yet “it’s been awhile”. He attributed some of the dirt to the roadside (they are located on a loud, busy street), however this amount of dirt, level of unkept, is much more than that. I will not return for follow up service because of this.”

“I had a great experience at European Motor Works recently. I popped in without an appointment to get a couple of things looked at on my Mini Cooper, specifically the passenger restraint system and drivetrain malfunction warnings. The team was super kind and swift, and they managed to troubleshoot the issues and clear the codes in just a few minutes. It’s rare to find such efficient and friendly service, and I’m definitely planning on making them my go-to shop for my oil changes and regular tune-ups moving forward. Highly recommend them if you need solid customer service and quick work.”

“Great team of knowledgeable mechanics. Small shop with limited parking, but definitely worth coming to these guys. Dealers have professional parts swappers, Simon's Auto has real mechanics who can actually diagnose and fix problems.”

“So, a couple of months ago I received a recall notice for my car. Took my car into the dealership for them to fix the problem. The dealership also did a 90,000 mile inspection. I was told they checked everything. They also informed me that I needed brake and it would cost $$$. I declined, knowing when you get work done at a dealership it's going to cost big time. A couple weeks later my neighbor told me about Tony. By this time my brakes were making a lot of noise. He explained what was going on and that I had about 40% left on the brake pads. He also fix the problem with my battery cables. It's so awesome to find an honest mechanic! Thanks Tony! ?”

“I’ve been a customer of F3 Auto Service for many years, actually since they first opened and I trust them with all of my cars. They consistently provide outstanding service, and I’ve always felt confident leaving my vehicles in their hands. A few months ago, I had a major issue with my car that required replacing the entire transfer case. It was a serious and expensive repair, but they did an amazing job and gave me a very fair price. About a month later, the same issue appeared again. When I brought the car back, they quickly identified that the part itself had a defect. What really impressed me was how professionally they handled it. They contacted the supplier, had a brand-new replacement part sent, and fixed my car at no cost to me. No excuses, no hassle, just honest and responsible service. Once again, the work was done perfectly. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and honest mechanic/body shop with fair pricing and excellent customer service, I highly recommend F3 Auto Service. These guys truly stand behind their work.”

“I was about to have my cracked windshield replaced by a corp company whose name was provided by my insurance. A friend pointed me to Tom’s. Great customer service and excellent work at a MUCH better price, and supporting local is always a plus. I’ll be back for all of my regular maintenance needs going forward. Now I’ll be that friend recommending Tom’s!”

“Larry is the best. He fixes cars, from the simple maintenance stuff to the hard problems. He explains things well, gives you options, and is easy to schedule things with. And he really can fix car problems! He fixed a major suspension problem on my 2012 SportsMobile van, quickly and efficiently. I have had additional work done by Larry, and as usual the service and fixes were excellent. Larry's in Pacifica is definitely my first choice for auto repairs in the future.”

“My battery was messing up yesterday at the Linda Mar Safeway, and within 15 minutes, Randy was out to test my battery, then got me towed to their shop. Brent then called me a couple minutes later to explain about both the alternator and battery needing replacement, and that the parts would arrive tomorrow. Brent, along with Cesar, had the car fixed today at the price quoted, and explained about a loose bolt near my passenger side rack/pinion assembly. All three guys were honest, fast and professional, and got me back on the road. Thank you, gentlemen, recommended.”
