“The carniseria has good quality meat I would recommend the Al pastor. The only thing I don't like about it, it's that they close early . But of u get there before 6pm, ur good to go!”

“Isn't numero uno anymore but great little store since it changed to superior grocers. There meat looks really good on some days, produce is good . Small bakery section and liquor section . A few options but it's a smaller version of a regular store . Perfect if you need something last minute or are in a hurry”

“This is a down to basics meat market. They have great marinated meats, pollo & carne asada. The food trucks buy their meat here. There is nothing fancy about this place. Knowing a little Spanish helps.”

“In this place they sell a lot of things, they have blenders and electric grills for cooking, they have socks and they have razors for shaving that are cheaper than elsewhere and toilet paper starts at 3 dollars for a package of 6 rolls and the one with 12 rolls costs about 4: 50 or 5 dollars has many things, even piñatas, basketball balls, and it seems like soccer balls too. I like to go shopping there, everyone is very friendly.”

“Always great prices on most of their produce and their meats are super fresh and good! Everytime we grill we stop by and pick up some longaniza, salvadorian chorizo and chicken breast fillets. Every time we've brought the chorizo and longaniza to BBQs people love it and they're surprised to hear where we purchase. I only go to this location because the NoHo one is just not the same or as good.”

“Our local liquor store. They have a decent selection. Nothing too crazy but enough to satisfy most needs. They also have a bunch of stuff you would find at a grocery store, which makes it a good spot to shop at if you need basic necessities and don't feel like dealing with the long lines at the grocery store.”

“I bought gift cards at the Northridge store. When trying to upload onto my app it said balance was 0 . Customer service on the phone was little to no help. Jerson came to the rescue. He was able to call in and get me to the customer service for gift cards . I didn't get a resolution . They are escalating the case but his customer service was Top Tier . He was kind and understanding that it was an upsetting situation for us . Other employees did tell us this is a common occurrence with gift cards showing 0 balance . That in itself is questionable as to why knowing that Target as a corporation would continue to sell gift cards . But that's not what this review is about Thank You Jerson for doing as much as you could for us with a kind and positive attitude. It truly does make a difference .”

“I would like to gladly extend my most sincere congratulations to those who hired Matt, the manager of the store in Pacoima. Never in my 35 years living in Pacoima had I seen a person dedicate themselves to their work 100% and today Matt showed me that his work is very important for him, I saw him sweeping the parking lot and not only the one from the store was sweeping between the cars, the sidewalks and that speaks very well of how disciplined Matt is in his job, thanks to food 4 less for having a wonderful person like Matt in front of the store.”
