“I have decided to take a new spin on my life and bought an Xpole Stage. Hehe. To be honest, I've only take 1 beginners pole class in my entire life HA. My new goals for next year and the many more years to come is to primarily regain my flexibility as I used to be physically active in high school when i was in cheerleading, dance, and consistently going to an open gym in my area to tumble. To start off, months ago, I learned about Xpole from a local Instagram influencer who I personally messaged and asked her a few questions about the pole and the quality. I thought to myself that I'm going to invest in and starting learning new things, like pole! Black Friday weekend was my chance and generally the poles that come with stages are not cheap. There is a flat rate shipping fee that Xpole is partnered with through USPS & FedEx. I also did an estimate online for the weight description of the stages and I believe that their partnership with these two shipping companies are better quotes than to have a family member pick it up at the store and then ship it to my location which is in Hawai'i. First, there was some issues along the way as I would first and most importantly (if you are committed to purchasing anything from Xpole) that you create an account with them. This will be helpful so that you can track your packages! However, thanks to Carolina Stone, Heydi Hernandez, and Roxanne Harvey, all of these women have made their communications with me through emails, phone calls, and even voicemails so that I can track my invoices and packages. The stage itself (i got the NST04) is 229 lbs. all together with the pole, they arrived within 15 days since my purchase in 4 separate packages. The packages might've been slightly tossed around (i don't blame anyone, they're freaking heavy packages) but when i started to unpack the items, all items were neat and secured. Each package included a bag so that you can carry the items all together. The bag for the base of the stage include wheels which you can install later on. It's also better to YouTube the installations as the manuals might be a little confusing but the YouTube video installation works especially if you're a visual person. The B-frame was too long for my ceilings. I know, my fault on not double checking the height from the floor to the ceiling. Anyways, i contacted all 3 ladies and the same day they left me a VM and recommended me to get a 1000 mm shorter extension. It came within 3 days, a day before 12/25! It fit perfectly & especially when assembling the B-frame into the A-frame. I was super stoked and I'm looking forward to learning more skills and tricks!”

“OMG!! Cinema Town Studios is literally a GEM. Manoosh (the owner) is such a badass and truly is committed to her work. You feel very taken care of when you enter her space and I couldn't recommend her and CTS more!”

“Generally a good experience but they need more full time checkers. Waiting time to check out can be 20 to 30 minutes just because half the stands are closed. It's one thing if an unexpected rush happens, but this is normal at this location.”

“The food line needs a more clear line direction. We see four yellow line division but kitchen staff says there's only one line. Make it into a zigzag like before so we won't be confused. Please”

“Costco is Costco - it's the same experience no matter which location you go to. This one is a little spicier since it's in the good ol' hood of Van Nuys! Parking lot is Thunderdome as everyone drives it like they stole it! You better put a pep in your step and keep it moving until you get to the safety of the inside deathmatch! It's free-for-all walking around and there's no mercy in this dojo! It's quite the obstacle course dodging the elderly, the jerkasaurus customers who needlessly create traffic jams by stopping in the most inconvenient spots, kids trying to escape from their parent's clutches, people trying free samples like they've never eaten or drank anything before, spillage in aisles, people using their carts like battering rams, sad sack entitled brats, etc... You never know what you're gonna run into so limber up - remember movement is life! You can buy most everything you need in bulk to hunker down for weeks/months, visit the optometry section so your eyes don't rot and stuff your face with cheap eats from the food court as you contemplate your life's decisions that led you to spend more than you originally anticipated. Costco is where dreams are made or shattered, strength is forged in fire and a hot dog costs $1.50!”

“Love Costco. Especially this location. I've been to all sorts of other locations within California and the vibe with the staff is HERE. I wish this location would bring some more of the other products I've seen in Woodland Hills or in the Valley but I hate going to those locations because they're always busy and the ambiance is like going to the zoo. Costco always has great stuff at a great price and value... you never know what treasures you will find for your household or in the food department! The only gripe I have about all Costcos are the products that are limited and don't come back.. Costco on Princessa always provides great customer service. The cart dudes helped me when I needed help loading heavy purchases into the back of my truck.. I've used their bakery, pharmacy and prescription eyeglasses departments. All great experiences.”

“Costco is the most affordable, convenient and reliable business's out there. They have so many high end products all for a great price, and their selection is always changing, so every time you go in it will be different. Some of my favorite parts of Costco are the free samples and the food court (especially the cookie, soft serve, and pepperoni pizza). I will always shop at Costco.”

“Park on the street before checking in. Got a door pretty quick. If you need to have your own jack if you want to unload yourself otherwise be prepared to hire lumpers.”

“This is a huge business center more suitable for businesses buying in bulk. Having said that, it is worth a visit once or twice a year as it has an impressive variety of gum, candy, and snacks. They do not carry clothing or electronics, neither do they have a bakery. Instead, they have restaurant appliances and items such as catering dishes, whole lambs, professional grade knives, huge containers of sauce, whole wheat flour and rice brands that regular Costcos do not carry. The greens section was not impressive as they were either out of items or the veggies were stale and old. The cheese and butter selection is very good though. Staff and service was similar to other Costcos. A huge plus is that they open early. Parking was easy early in the morning. They do have a food court! Overall, we enjoyed our experience in this Costco.”

“Fast service and shipping. Have tried the unsalted deluxe mixed nuts for the first time from this company. Very satisfactory. I'm pleased. I'm a nut lover and on a low salt diet; roasted but unsalted nuts are hard to find here in Minnesota. I will be buying again.”

“(Translated by Google) Perhaps they lack more staff, to answer the calls since I have been waiting more than 45 minutes that is too long. I have used the emails to move forward, and I did not receive a response, in the past it was very effective and today it no longer works(Original)Les falta más personal tal vez , para responder las llamadas ya que he pasado en espera más de 45 minutos eso es demasiado tiempo. He usado los correos electrónicos para avanzar , y no recibí respuesta, en anteriores ocasiones era muy eficaz y hoy ya no funciona”
