“I was originally a Wash Mutual customer for many years and found the Chase change a little off putting at first. Thanks to the friendly and competent help from personal bankers and manager at the new Stater Bros market location I have become a big fan. There have been several instances where my wife and I could not get responsive customer service from the 800 line. We learned that if you go in person, the staff there will personally assist you and correct any problems. They are a true advocate of their customers!”

“I’ve been a customer of 1st Bank for over 15 years. They’ve seen my company grow from a small local business to an International operation. In the beginning it was certainly a little more difficult to borrow money but that was during the recession as well. I will say that they always kept their promises and we’re very personable to work with. Between Lance, Peter and Ramiro, as well as most of the tellers and ebank team it has been nothing but a pleasure. I banked with some other big banks but I really felt like a number. If you are looking for a medium sized local bank to work with I would suggest you get in touch with them. They may be a bit conservative when it comes to taking risks but I know my money is safe and that is important to me.”

“This review is only for the Palm Desert First Citizens Bank:
I live more than 3 hours away from this bank, but I only deal with First Citizens Bank here. This is very literally the best bank branch I deal with, not just for First Citizens, but for all 8 banks/credit unions I use/deal with on a regular basis with physical locations (Chase, US Bank, PNC, PenFed, Citi, BofA, and FF FCU). This can not be said for First Citizens corporate, nor their average bank, but this branch is awesome. The personnel and management at this branch need to be commended for their professionalism, promptness, and customer care. First Citizens should start running trainees for other branches through here as a model office.”

“I am writing this review for William Zwierankin (Branch Manager/Vice President) at the Citibank branch in Palm Desert, CA.About four years ago, someone tried to hack my account. Since I am living outside of county, it was hard for me to handle the situation right away. Especially, as it happened when the pandemic occurred.As a loyal customer who has been with Citibank more than 20 years, I was disappointed when citibank didn’t give me the help I need. After so many phone calls, hours and hours waiting and asked for helps, none of them could really help me. My phone calls were just being transferred one to the other. It was quite frustrating.However, this time I got a chance to fly back to Palm Spring to deal with my bank situation. William Zwierankin (Branch Manager/Vice President) at Palm Desert branch helped me more than anyone from Citibank in the past few years. I went there 3 days. He was not only being professional but also patient. This is the sort of service I really appreciate.Although It is his job to help his customers, he went above and beyond to resolve my situation.I hope CITIBANK realizes how lucky they are to have a person like William on their team.”

“After banking with another bank for several decades, I took a leap and switched to Wells Fargo when my home bank decided to close the local branch and raise their fees. Choosing Wells Fargo was mainly based on the fact that it was in close proximity to my home as well as my business. In addition to the fact that I refuse to bank with BOA (which is next door to this branch).Since becoming a customer over two years ago, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the tellers and staff. I’ve only encountered two issues, both were DMI fault of Wells Fargo but due to compromises from online shopping. However, Wells Fargo immediately took care of all issues and resolved my account right away. The only complaint that I have are the daily spending limits. There have been several times when I have unexpectedly needed to make a purchase that was slightly over my daily limit. Not only is it frustrating, it is quite embarrassing when a transaction is declined. Hopefully limits can be slightly raised in the near future. Other than that, Wells Fargo is truly the best. Thank you!”
