I recently rented a vehicle from this location while my car was being repaired, and I want to personally commend **Miguel** for his outstanding service.
Despite a challenging day involving a major Nissan SUV recall that caused significant chaos and limited inventory, Miguel handled a crowded office with incredible poise. Even though my reservation from the 800-number hadn't migrated to the local system, he resolved the issue quickly and professionally.
I also want to highlight his thoughtfulness: when I asked about a cell phone holder, **Miguel** took the initiative to find one in the lost-and-found for me to use during my six-day rental. His polite, kind, and professional attitude—both at pickup and during my easy return—made a stressful situation much more manageable.
My return was equally as impressive. I was able to be helped immediately, again frinedly cheerful staff & was given a ride back to the dealer where my car was being repaired!
