Gucci offers a great and exceptional experience with professional, passionate, and warm service. Some associates are amazing, super helpful, and feel like a personal stylist, taking time to curate a personalized wardrobe. They really raise the bar in customer service and make the experience special. However, the attitude is sometimes not so good. The luxury boutique can be hit or miss, with staff appearing to judge customers. Overall, the service at this location encourages clients to be excited to come back and purchase more items.
