“Everything was absolutely fantastic. We had 4 different steaks, all amazing. All our food and drinks were great. Server was awesome. The only thing was I think the side dishes, like the potatoes and green beans were too small for the price they charge. You pay the same amount at Morton's and get 3x more and is shareable for 2 people. But everything was cooked perfectly. And that's honestly the first time I've ever said that about any restaurant. And the lemon tart was an absolute 11stars.”

“My normal go-to Brooks Brothers location is at Newport Beach, but it's still not open due to COVID-19. I was actually here to pick up some food from Wilma & Frieda's when I happened to come about this Brooks location and realized that it was open. I'm glad I did, because I sure needed some new suits and I was able to get them from here! I was able to meet John, the store manager, on my initial visit here. I wasn't ready quite yet to get suits at that time, but he measured me for the right size (it has been a while) and gave me his card. He also said that he would honor the ongoing 40% off two suits deal even if corporate ended the deal. I guess it pays off to be shopping for suits after they file for bankruptcy heh. Anyways, after doing my research online, I chose the Regent Fit Two-Button 1818 Suit design in navy and grey. Made sure to give a call to John to make sure both suits were in stock. The grey one was, but the navy one wasn't. John was able to call it in from another store so that I was able to try it on my second visit here. Appreciate the great customer service! On my second visit, I was able to try on the suits. John had previously communicated to me that he had planned to take the day off, but Steven was able to assist (who I also recognized from my initial visit). I thought the whole process was going to take at least an hour, but I guess it pays off to know what suits you want to try on. The jacket and pants fit perfectly, I could not have asked for more when getting it right on fit. Only tailoring needed some minor jacket alterations and trimming the pants. Apparently I have the right body type for this suit, can't complain about that! And since I'm not from the area, they said they would ship the suits to me free of charge. As usual, Brooks Brothers puts their best foot forward when I come in for a visit. I could easily have bought these suits online like the shirts and ties I recently bought. But you really do need to have that personal touch when it comes to suits. Really appreciate John and Steven's impeccable service! Very happy with the entire process, and would love to come back even though I'm not from the area. P.S. Their dressing room area is FANTASTIC. Apparently, the newer stores don't have huge lounge-size space anymore. I'd honestly want to come back just to chill back here for a little!”

“My husband and I have been to this location about 3-4 times for alterations. We've had a suit jacket taken in and a few pairs of my pants hemmed. Every item has turned out great. The people assisting us were very friendly and knowledgeable, I am giving a 4 because of the rude woman who works the counter. I wanted to give a 2 or 3 but it would be unfair to the other staff who work here. The last time I was there, I walked in and she was the only person I saw. I had never seen her before. I informed her that I was there for alterations. I wanted to get my pants hemmed and the inseam measurements needed. She said something like, "we don't' do that" I explained to her that I've brought the same type of pants in previously and they did them before. Why are they not doing them now? Then she got flustered and said " I" don't do that! Well it's obvious she is NOT the alteration person but she was acting as if she just did not want to assist me at all. I had to ask , well can you have someone help me? Then she pointed to the area near the dressing rooms. Then a male associate appeared. I informed him what I needed and he went behind the counter and assisted me. It literally took him like 5 mins to find my info, put the order in, and collect payment. I am just wondering what exactly is this woman's role??? She did not have to measure me or the pants. All she needed to do was exactly what her coworker helped me with. I will come here again but if I see her, I know to avoid all contact with her. There are enough Karens out there and I don't need her to act like one to customers.”

“Went to Kohl's to return an Amazon order at 4:45 today. I had to wait for one woman in front of me to exchange several shirts. This young gentleman, Colton, was patient and kind during this transaction. He handled everything quickly and efficiently. My return was super quick (seconds). I told him that if I'd had a kid, I'd want him to be just like him. Thanks, Colton. And Kohl's, understand you've got a great human here bringing back the "SERVICE" in customer service. Great job, COLTON!!! Don't let him go. Promote and support him.”

I've always liked this brand & branch here at El Paseo, Palm Desert whenever I would visit Palm Desert. because they carried such a variety of brands here to choose from. Like all other Outlet 'Saks Fifth Avenue,' stores, they hold the following sections of items in store that catch your eyes~Handbags, cosmetics, fragrances, shoes, clothing, accessories and other accessories and more.....These sections came from the top of my thoughts. I would definitely drop by this store if anything. This is a long overdue review, though! I'll be back again next trip!”

“Switching cities way out to the Inland Empire, Palm Desert, CA. I last drove here prolly was about a few months ago! I used to make day trips here to Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, Downtown Palm Springs as well, but I stopped doing that due to gas prices. I just have been sticking to their Newport Beach location for now. This Kohl's location used to be my restroom breaks, and I would still browse around from their Clearance section. A few times, I uncovered there were actually some Ring Neck Doves, cousins to Mourning Doves in the parking lot here! (I'll have to dig through my camera roll to post those pics again.).Next time I drive out here, I'll stop by Kohl's Palm Desert again. I have missed you!”

“Just like everybody else I agree that the store is just overstuffed . Especially the racks. But every time I've been in there at least it's neat. It's just difficult to get the clothes off the racks. There is also so much inventory it can be overwhelming. I know if I'm going to come here I just take my time and don't expect too much.I do love their jewelry though. Cute trendy stuff that's really cheap.
